As a side, people may hate Michael Bay for those movies, but the Transformers franchise would not be a pop-culture force without his fiendish machinations. Bay and Beast Wars are the two things that kept Transformers alive in the space.

Got a 4 month old and my wife's prepping for surgery this week. We're keeping it really low-key. We got a suite at the premiere hotel on Duke's Campus and just enjoyed each other's company. Like I said, he'd have to have beaten ALL of those charges to at least have been "alright". As talented as he is, if it played out in his favor, folks would have forgotten about this in about a year. People who would have brought it up are those who just want to be loud for the sake of doing so. I will agree that I'm film and TV (in front of the camera) his career is DONE if not a really long pause. It'll be at least a decade before we see him again. Personally, the biggest issue I have outside of the obvious, is that the case was blown up for effectively misdemeanor charges. That's like having a drawn-out trial for doing 100 in a 70.

I honestly think that if he had double perfect the court system, he'd at least have been "alright". He was the best new thing to come into the MCU. Sadly Marvel is going to use this debacle to course correct.

My (fictional) childhood hero. Got the chance to meet him in 2022. I can say I met my hero and it was damn sure worth it.

The one that absolutely wrecked me was GOW: Ragnarok. It wasn't until the funeral that it hit me. The answer to that riddle shook my entire soul. "A hole. . . gets bigger the more you take away". For context, this was about 7 months after my Dad passed away and 8 months after I lost my dog. I legit sat on the couch and wept the entire way through the end credits. All of my grief was expelled at that moment.

More figures were dropped. I got the Optimus Prime/Soundwave two pack for Transformers: Reactivate. Soundwave - It's "fine" Optimus Prime though . . . it might be one of the best Voyager Prime's we've seen (and yes that includes Earthrise). The transformation scheme new but at the same time familiar. It reminds me of how the 07 Classics Prime showed up and showed out. At almost $65 USD, I can't say buy it for the Prime alone, but if you did, you won't be disappointed.

Deathsaurus - I'll step through each aspect. Packaging While the box art is great, inside it's nothing but cardboard boxes without any print. For a made to order release, you'd think there would be a little better care. It's not like how the current releases are (e.g., accessories wrapped in tissue paper) but it's a far cry from Victory Saber. Accessories Couldn't ask for anything else. You can recreate almost any moment in the show. I do wish that the mace had fixed points (e.g., MP Megatron v2). There isn't a way to have any dynamic posing with it. Deathsaurus It's great. The right level of complexity while keeping true to the original design. My only complaints would be that Tigerchest (BKA Tigerbreast) doesn't slot in as well as I'd like. It occasionally pops out when I fidget with the main figure. One of the tabs going from the robot arm to the "Griffin" legs requires perfect alignment to seat properly. If you were a fan of the character, you missed out. Now seeing how much it's going for on the aftermarket, I wouldn't do it. It was already pretty steep as is. Also, I got a few other figures in over the last few days. The standout is Armada (Legacy) Optimus Prime. A lot of love went into that figure. I am really hoping for a RID Optimus Prime (AKA Fire Convoy).

Wasn't really a fan of his channel to start with . . . now he's doubling down with this "woke" BS.

I still need to finish this show. I wasn't a fan when it first came out, but it grew on me. Just never got around to finishing the latter half of Season 2. I honestly enjoyed the fact that Optimus Prime was not the Supreme Leader. This arrived today - I'll let you all know my thoughts later.

The casting and the fact that many of the actors had to learn how to play and did a decent job is just another reminder that we really didn't deserve this movie.
