She was facing Xia Li and at least people knew who Xia Li was. Everyone had forgotten Emma and she hardly did anything to make people care. Might be time to turn her back into Phoebe from Friends and give her the goofy dance and old NXT theme.

being totally real, I fully expect them to be among the first DLC packs. The Four Lords, particularly Bison and Vega, are among the biggest draws in Street Fighter history which is especially impressive given there's no waifu factor. With the rest of the World Warrior cast confirmed, they won't be far behind. JP probably like that guy from Bio-Broly trying to harness and weaponize Psycho Power, but he'll learn soon enough where the buffalo shits in the buckwheat.

Nakayama already knows me from last Capcom Cup, we talked shopped about SFxT's bad Steam port and my conversations eventually drew enough attention to it for it to get fixed...we're still waiting for it to come back on the steam store...

Yeah, I'm one of the lucky ones who has a great career and decided to use his spending money to fund my addiction for buttons. I'll be at Capcom Cup largely to shake hands so that said addiction to buttons can lead to further opportunities for me to express my love for this franchise. Not bad for the wacky Street Fighter x Tekken guy, right? After CPT though I'm going to need to downback again, with my next resurfacing either being at Combo Breaker or I just turtle ALL the way until EVO where my big SFxT exhibition comes into fruition in whatever form it'll take which is another reason I'm at Capcom Cup, to talk to the brass and see how far I can swing for a spotlight on that. I figure with SF6 and T8 both imminent and Evo doing legacy exhibitions this is going to be my best chance for me and my SFxT flock.

They get memed on a lot but Disturbed is a band pretty near and dear to me. I wouldn't even be posting in this thread if not for them. They were one of the first bands to really use the internet via their official forum to connect with their fans and you get the feel that they're genuine good people which can't be said for many of their contemporaries in that particular wing of the genre where people will insist they aren't metal even when they meet the criteria for it. If Sevendust can be on the metal side then so can Disturbed. This video was so good when it came out, I picked up the Disturbed comic about their mascot and I need to sit down and read it. The Vengeful One was a great video with him too. I like how this guy covers this song. I could see Disturbed doing it exactly like this, maybe speeding it up a quarter to give it that real Ten Thousand Fists type speed. I think the lyrics, even though it's a LOTR song, would fit well with other issues Disturbed would cover like the Charlottesville Riot (Fire burning on the mountainside) or the California fires.

New Disturbed is actually pretty dope. Here are my three fave tracks

Right now they're the 14-2 Chargers IMO. The Vikings need a complete curb stomping of a win or three for me to believe in them. Right now that defense couldn't stop a sneeze and it's taken brilliant offensive play-calling to pull them out of holes they shouldn't be in if the defense pulled through all game long. At the very least I think we can put the "Kirk shrinks in crunch time" stigma to bed because without him yeeting dimes to JJ and Adam in the 4th, the Vikes would be 3-8 rather than 9-2.

I have one more "SFxT Zealot" run left in me. After 2023 is done I'm going to use my vacation days for my other interests like basketball and rasslin. I'll also be shaking hands to do SF6 Team Battle tournaments. There are people here who know the headaches I've gone through with the poverty FGC the last 6 months, and I find that they stay away from games with actual legacies.

I got waxed but I qualified for the Season Finale, at least.

Kyrie is a drooling imbecile and it's sad that it took for him to cross THIS line for the NBA to tell him to stop dog whistling fellow idiots. For those keeping score, he also thinks the earth is flat, vaccines make you do hyper grav loops, throwback courts are the actual 60+ year old courts originally used wood and all, and that 9-11 was an inside job. If not for his basketball talent, he'd be the guy banging pots and pans on an interval in the city wearing a strainer on his head. I had never heard of Flat Earth Theory before Kyrie and AJ Styles began talking about it, and after that it was everywhere. They are the two I hold most responsible for the comeback of accepted idiocy. It's also sad to see so many people circle the wagons for a guy who doesn't deserve it. "Oh, they're keeping him from doing what he loves," yeah right, like he doesn't find a new excuse to not play EVERY SINGLE YEAR since he joined Brooklyn.
