  1. You are not wrong but the several of the other episodes prior to this were actually good to great. It is a bit shocking for such a momentous event the episode suddenly falters but I guess the style required may have caught the animation teams involved a bit out of sorts. Hoping like others said they get better by the next episode... cause we probably still have a few more episodes before Wano wraps up with that last attack.
  2. Oh and if you never watched 'Ovet the Garden Wall ' before I would recommend trying it out. Great limited series that is sadly being removed from a spot that should be it's home but is ruled by fucking assholes with no sense of taste outside of what a computer or financial nerd may tell them gets views.
  3. Eh, it is basically the fault of the current studio heads trying to be cute while bringing in destructive practices with both AI and how they handle steaming content. Love Marvel and all sorts of stuff but I hope/pray the strike keeps going until some of this stuff is fixed with protections for both writers, actors and the consumers.
  4. I am enjoying My Adventures with Superman and some of the shows on Toonami, although age/work got me to the point I can't stay up like I used to do I will miss shows at times if I be don't have them recorded or there isn't a streaming option.
  5. I just convinced myself given the quality of the Wano arc and particular everything in Onigushima that it wouldn't fall into that derivative stuff.
  6. Had a similar idea but for One Piece, would love to see Luffy's granddad Garp and his buddies as they rise in the ranks and deal with all the nonsense the world throws at them before, during or after the time of Roger but before the series fully starts.
  7. Same. Growing up I was so meh on them. Didn't really hate them but I just had no real love or appreciation. But after a few games like KOF 2001 or SF3 where he wasn't the artist plus the style differences shown with CVS 1 and 2. I grew to love seeing the characters in this style how detailed it was.
  8. Having watched the episode before and the most recent one where Gear 5th is debuts... I ain't like it.
  9. Mario movie is streaming already, that is good. I enjoyed it although it wasn't great. Still might be a good watch with one of my nephews around.
  10. Yo that last page/set of panels was the most hilarious thing in a minute. Master class by Oda the way he handled this chapter and the manga once again focusing on the crew.
  11. I miss NBA Jam and NFL Blitz. Blitz I have come to terms ain't never coming back, but I still would love to play a arcade style NFL or NBA game
  12. I am waiting for the next episode so I can watch the whole sequence all at once. I still also need to sit down and watch Film Red now that they put it on Crunchyroll.
  13. Batman: TAS is motherfucking art. But DuckTales is pretty plus has a earworm of a song. Absolute classic that song, despite originally hearing it decades ago and the new version from the sort of recent reboot, the OG sticks with you. Also, I am going to say Animaniacs over Tiny Toon Adventures, due to variations they would throw in there.
  14. I have only done the Regional events/temples so far but that Sky Temple boss has been my favorite boss fight. I died a lot because of the set up but damn was it fun.
  15. Yeah given the conditions they apparently had to get Across our, I was expecting and I am glad they are not trying to rush it out.
  16. I mean it probably will get worse as the strike goes on. But seriously the corporate implications of how they want to use AI and people likeness is hella creepy. I hope both guilds get the necessary protections to not let studios go to their base desires of profit over people or quality.
  17. I sort of get the hate for him... But he is still fun to play.
  18. Can't it be both? ... Do you have dark reddish sunglasses by any chance?
  19. The Disney + Marvel shows have not been bad, but I do feel especially if they are going to cut back, as all signs seem to show they want to, they should do TV movies/specials like the Guardians Christmas or Werewolf by Night one. More shows then don't have had a drag where you feel they are killing time.
  20. I have played a hundred plus hours and I can't remember the last time I saw a non Lizaflos boomerang.
  21. If she is into it, some of this stuff could be interesting and useful. ...Not the shoe though...
  22. I personally would like to see Taika direct or work on another MCU project, but I would not want it to be Thor or any of the previously shown Asgard casts. Marvel has plenty of other more humor based characters he could use if he wanted or adapt if they suit his fancy.
  23. I still have only seen like two episodes of Progressive. Was watching it on Toonami when I I think I saved all the episodes on my DVR and that got erased before I could sit down watch. Wanted to watch the dub so I never watched the streaming option that was on Crunchyroll.
  24. I liked the Atom Eve special on Amazon Prime. Sucks we have to wait until fall for more animated Invincible but it was a good hour or so of bittersweet stuff
  25. Yeah, around the time of the 2003 series, I got to watch a few episodes of that. It did great work building it's world and the characters but it is hard to go back like most of the 80s shows.
