  1. Did anyone get any video games for Xmas? I got TMNT Shredder's Revenge and Last of US 2 on PS4. Both are physical versions. Surprisingly, the turtles game came with a Pizza Hut personal pan coupon like the NES port of the Arcade game
  2. What were your favorite movies of this year? I'm going to cheat and have a lot of ties. Sorry. some of these have same numeric scores, but there were a few minor things that caused me to knock some down or up. 1) The Batman /Top Gun: Maverick 2) Sonic 2 / Everything Everywhere all at once 3) BP 2 4) Avatar 2/ Dr. Strange 2 5) The Lost City 6) Black Adam/Thor 4
  3. Sunday Bunday: X-mas edition HD-man Twerking https://youtube.com/shorts/lDiLbszInvY?feature=share
  4. VGM Fridays part 2... IMO best Christmas themed BGM in a fighter TTT2 Sadistic Xmas (2012)
  5. 5-6 years after ALF ended on NBC, there was a tv movie that concluded the series that aired on ABC in the mid '90s. It was about him in an Area 51 secure facility and two military officers try to help him escape after a scientist wants to dissect him. It didn't have the Tanner family though. EDIT: Here it is.
  6. https://www.joblo.com/alien-romulus-fede-alvarez-filming/ Alien: Romulus will be directed by Fede Alvarez and be a Hulu exclusive similar to "Prey".
  7. Garry Chalk aka Optimus Primal's 2022 Holiday Greeting! with cameo by David Kaye (BW Megatron)..
  8. Thank you Axeman, Reticently, and Darc! When was Darc's bday? I know Hecatom was 10th.
  9. Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special was pretty good. I liked the animated segments with Yondu at the beginning and end. The Kevin Bacon plotline was funny as was the opening song. I rofled at the Gobots/Cykill gag. I was struck that they revealed that Mantis and Peter are siblings. It was a nice moment and one that I thought would be saved for GOTG 3. I'm surprised that James Gunn wrote and directed it. But it made it so much better. 8/10
  10. Happy Birthday @Genghis_Dong , my Birthday Brother! Make the booty go whack!
  11. In ST Thomas SF2 WW on SNES was$77. St Thomas is a US territory fyi. I assumed the price in the mainland US would be $65.
  12. I'm glad Beau DeMayo is the showrunner of X-men '97.
  13. MK Fatality Thoughts: MK4 (1997) IMO, MK4 fatalities improved somewhat. I'd say 4 and MK5 are both "solid". With the move to polygons, many of them were redos of klassic ones but in 3d. I did like how the life bars lifted out out of the way when the move is performed. My fav- Quan Chi Leg rip I consider this "darkly comic" Runner up. A proper "animality" for the appropriate kharacter. I feel this is an underrated finisher. Im not sure which is the "worst" fatality in MK4. I guess I'll put Tanya's triple neck breaker. No blood, and the enemy is essentially dead after the first action , so the other breaks are mostly pointless.
  14. Trump wants to be Superman, but he's really Homelander. Trump wants to be Guile, but he's really Rufus.
  15. I'm wondering if basically Gadot, Zach Levi and Momoa are done after next year as well. Blue Beetle actor is probably worrying if he will be the next "Brandon Routh" They probably can't wait to kick Ezra to the curb. The businessman side makes me think they want to recast most of these roles as they can get unknowns to save money and because they're getting older. It would be funny if Jason Momoa is canned and Aquaman 2 makes 1 billion dollars. Regarding Gunn's new Superman film, I'm willing to give it a chance. Ive like GOTG 1/2 and Suicide Squad 2 equally. Whoever they get to direct will be key. Also, don't use Luthor or Zod again! Brainiac, Parasite, Metallo, someone different. Supes has been around for 84 years and most of his villains have yet to make it to the big screen.
