  1. Erika Eleniak, imo, hottest of the 80s. heather locklear. easy 2nd. markie post was one. kim bassinger
  2. twitter, facebook, and instagram. not so much myspace...just shows how dumb people are. it just sheds light on what was always there. our stupidity as a species. at least with reddit there are skilled knowledgable pros there that can answer our ignorant dumb questions with right answers even tho the web design of reddit itself stinks. cuz whenever i have a electronic tech question that needs answering i can get the right answer on reddit. facebook is for peeps that think theyre funny, when they arent and they post the unfunniest memes ive ever seen. instagram is for thots. and twitter is the closest thing to old srk we have. where theres actually funny assholes posting funny comments n memes. ive always liked srk cuz on srk we had THE funniest assholes on the net conjuring hilarious shit. plus i noticed srk had really bright smart peeps with actual wit and intelligence. aka yall. here too on megashock but old srk was the shit. back when it was station on vbulletin boards and had at least 1,000 members online any given day. sad not everyone transitioned here like sovi3t. damn that crazy canadian's threads was funny af. cuz the only thing wrong with megashock is that there arent much of us here. too few peeps and we dont get many new heads often.
  3. i dont mind. i while in high school contemplated becoming a fighter pilot for the air force. sooooo... go for it
  4. my fav xmen arc was the marauders plus genosha arc. it was very nazi/racism driven which is what xmen was all about. a minority group haed and persecuted by the masses the genosha nation creating death camps for mutants really hit its mark.
  5. i gave my mom just 500mg yesterday. with her dinner. and im gonna keep increasing the dose by 250mg every week. so this week 7 days. 500mg. then next week 750mg. week after 1000mg. then eventually try to get her to 2000mg which is the recommended dose for alzheimers patients. i dont think she will need over that dose since shes more sensitive to its effects than us with healthy brains. but right now her covid cough is refusing to leave her completely. she no longer has the covid virus in her system, they tested her before discharging her. but her "weird" covid cough isnt going away. lessened but still there. due to the lingering inflammatory response from the infection. i read a covid cough can last up to six months after covid infection. and can cause lung scarring and permanent damage if it lingers too long. so now i have to focus on giving her garlic and fish oil(omega3) to lower her inflammation in her lungs. i made garlic bread for her. and the garlic calmed her cough down considerably. shes sleeping right now. no longer coughing. yea robitussin does help reduce mucus and phlegm but its not much of a anti-inflammatory. but garlic, aloe vera, and fish oil are pretty damn good at lowering inflammation. fun fact. aspirin, a known anti-inflammatory, was first made from the white willow tree bark. how it works is by blocking omega 6 in your body. omega 6=pro inflammatory response omega 3=anti-inflammatory response. its why some plant oils give you inflammation while other plants and fish oils lower inflammation. its how aspirin works essentially. its also why if you take fish oil or flaxseed oil you notice inflammation go down while if you take other plant oils like coconut oil it goes up. unfortunately my mom's allergic to aspirin so i cant give her aspirin at all. but yea. now i haveta be mindful of her diet im giving her even more so now. garlic and fish oil during morning breakfast/lunch. and lions mane at evenings with dinner. i dont want the garlic mixing and screwing with the lions mane effects.
  6. when i take lions mane, which is rarely, i dont notice any improvement in memeory at all. but then again ive always had great memory. the only thing i notice is i think and feel differently, and that the 3D aspect of depth in vision becomes more noticeable. like if im looking at a page of crossword puzzles the letters seem to float above the page in a weird 3D vision sorta way. but thats it. apparently the more damaged your nerve cells the more effect you feel. idk.
  7. ok. listen to this guys. its gonna sound crazy or bs or whatev. but just listen. so as i mentioned my mom has alzhiemers right. like i said to yall before. plus she had a concussion from her fall. well anyway. so. ive been giving her nutritious food etc to help her recover from the taxing of her covid infection and her fall, fractured spine and concussion. so i have known about lions mane mushroom being the only thing, or at least one of just of few things that can actually cause neuroregeneration. its like a proven scientific thing that it can regrow nerve cells. including in the brain which. i think its the only thing on earth that can do that. also. i know from other people's accounts that lion's mane alieviates nerve pain. so theres that. anywho. so i gave my mom. who's short term memory is terrible. her long term is actually good. like she can remember things from the past no problem but anything short term recent memory is real bad. so i gave her about...500mg lion's mane mushroom. to help her regen her damaged nerve cells in her spine, aleviate her back pain, and also treat her alzheimers. help her heal. in about 2 hours. my mom said. she felt ...strange. i asked strange? as in itching or pain in stomach where it might be an allergic reaction? and she said, no. just strange. now ive taken lions mane myself and it def makes you feel. strange. mostly think strange not so much makes you feel ill. but it def makes you think strange like alotta mushrooms do. not trip balls like shrooming does. but it def affects your mind and thinking process. from my own first hand experience when i rarely take lions mane mushroom. well anyway. so my mom's ike. "i feel..strange. cant put it in words. just. weird." and i was like "hmm. okayyy. so you feel, strange. with shrooms, strange is normal. lions mane is a potent shroom. so its normal mom" but i wanted to know more. of what she was feeling. so i asked her. how does your spinal pain feel? and she replied. i dont even feel pain at all right now. and i was like ??? you mean less pain than before? or actually no pain whatsoever? n she was like "no pain." and i was hmmmmmmmmmmmm. and i thought to myself "i wonder. obviously the effects of lion's mane numbing nerve pain is kicking in fully. but can her "i feel weird in my mind, thinking differently." mean that her brain's cognition and memory is also kicking in? so i decided to put her bad memory to the test. so i asked her. can you remeber these 3 numbers? i will test you later, see if u remember. the numbers are 437. and she repeated the numbers couple times. and i said. i'll be back later. came back after a while. asked her what the 3 numbers were. and she replied. 3,4,7 and i was like !!! wow. cuz knowing her. and how bad her memory is. she wouldnt have remembered. 90% chance she doesnt remember know her. so im just like. yunno. cuz its only been 1 freaking day. its impressive it can take all her pain away and improve her focus and memory in just a day. maybe its just a coincidence. or luck she remembered but considering i know ts kicking in cuz it removed her pain completely for at least a while. its impressive. for her at least. and the shroom. i dont think, knowing her and her memory, that she wouldve remembered the numbers if she wasnt shrooming on lion's mane. its impressive. but since i knew the effects of the mushroom was kicking in at max with her pain temporarily totally removed by the shroom. its sorta. so i told her. your back pain is gone plus you actually remembered what you wouldve normally immediately forgotten. thats the shroom healing you. so if you feel "weird.".........its the shroom doin its job mom. so dont get freaked out by feeling weird. its just the sensation of healing your brain and spine. then she smiled. happily. i wonder how her memory will be after a year of lion's mane taken daily. hopefully alot better. i hope so.
  8. maybe it really is dave. you never know. remember when jamie lee curtis went to evo dressed up as vega in cosplay. and cuz of the mask no one knew it was her. it happens. for example, one of my sf4 online friends was some famous rock singer. i found out after sf5 dropped.
  9. just in case megashock were to ever crash or shut down. something. how do we all find each other again? i mean i know darc's steam and such...but whats the back up plan if someday we wake up n megashock aint working? how do we group together again? just wondering.
  10. theres so many songs i heard this year i cant go back to youtube music to look through it all. but i like mermaiden's soft energy song. alot. and i dont get to listen to much new stuff when im busy listening to old stuff alot more. songs from 70s and 80s mostly. one of my fav songs of the 70s. damn thats, so damn good. rita i luv you homgirl.
  11. my friend caught a variation of covid. its still out there guys. and it is wintertime. as for the covid cough that i think it was chadouken mentioned as a weid cough. very phlegmy cough..i gave her robitussin and it helps alot to remove that mucous. just cant take too much cuz robitussin is very dehydrating ive noticed from first hand experience. btw. ive never caught covid. herpes. yes. covid. no. go figure.
  12. my mom has that cough. she doesnt have covid anymore but the cough is still there a lil. covid causes an inflammation/immune response in the lungs. remember that covid doesnt kill. its the immune and inflammation response that killed people. gotta intake anti-inflammatory herbs. and omega 3. like fish oil, algae, etc as for my mom shes back home and out the hospital. lower spine still hurts. but better. now to rebuild her like the six million dollar man. gonna cook highly nutritious food for her and give her lions mane mushroom daily so she can rebuild her nerve cells.
  13. https://www.instagram.com/reel/CfkXjWOKgLK/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link he dont like that, neither would i, nor you
  14. idk wtf they talkin about. popeye approves of violence. he invented it.
  15. btw. the only explanation i have as to why i look so young other than good genes is nutrition. like nutrition is actually i think#1 regarding how you look agewise. if u wanna know what i take daily i'll tell u. see if it helps yall. btw dont go the RDA recommended daily allowance. RDA use to be the MDA which is minimum daily allowance which just means its just what u need to barely stay alive. its not the optimum health numbers. so ignore RDA. remember this. theres 3 things your body needs. essential amino acids aka protein, essential vitamins and essential minerals. you need em to live. cod liver oil-gives you max vit A,D, and E the lipid vits nutitional yeast or just liquid b complex.-gives u all the B vits cherries or oranges daily-vit c kale-vit k shilajit-its humic n fulvic acid combined with super concetrated amounts of all 88 minerals. its..really freakin good. like highly recommended. youll def feel the nutrition in 2 weeks of using it himalyan pink salt plus celtic sea salt in a 50%/50% blend.-gives u all 88 minerals so they say. as to why the 50/50 mix? cuz pink salt is low in sodium high in potassium and your blood pressure dropes. sea salt high in sodium so raises bp. mix em equally- has 2 electrolytes potassium and sodium in abundance. yogurt-has calcium n good bacteria to exercise your immune system and good tummy flora balance. magnesium oil-magnesium but as to the oil, you apply it on your skin cuz your tummy has trouble absorbing magnesium orally. spinach or any sea plants-iodine. its important. iodine is what allows oxygen aka fuel to enter a cell, youre cell cant do shit mitochondria without oxygen. nad+ or nadh supplement.-necessary. as u get older your cell mitochondria diminishes. its why u get old. n look old. atp supplement-same as nad+, atp diminshes with age and cell mitochondria diminshes. remember that the difference between a 20 year old and a 80 year old is cellular mitochondria. young people can convert matter(food) to pure energy then back to matter(cell creation) way better than old folk. this is why old people look n feel old. well that and hormones diminishing. lastly. superfoods. green algae-has all the essential protein u need plus most of the vitamins and minerals u need moringa-same butter from grass fed cows-same mostly eggs from grass fed chickens-same mostly keep in mind u dont just have all i listed at once. like i personally take the cod liver oil plus liquid b complex in the mornings plus the shilajit. lunch i'll have the uh, oranges/cherries. some fruit. and dinner i'll add the algae n moringa powder to like beans or soup. something that makes it tolerable. spinach, avocados, etc. nightime i take the atp plus nad+ supplements. its not a chore at all. you just make what i say a part of your diet. as for the teasoon of sea n pink salt u dont need that daily but like 2x a week w water. drink it slow. real slow. cuz water retention balance. you cant guzzle it. slow sips feeling it. may i remind yall i have underactive hormones. why? cuz i fucked up when i was 25 thats why. i went 4 years where i didnt pay attention to my nutrition intake. and i made the mistake of not consuming any sea food for 4 years. my iodine intake was way too low, caused my immune system to attack n damage my thyroid. n since i didnt get correctly diagnosed for couple years it damaged my adrenals n balls cuz your steroid hormone glands need iodine too to convert fat into steroids. so i do struggle with my health. not so much my thyroid cuz thats tip top but my adrenals still struggle retaining sodium. so i feel lactic acid burn sooner rather than later when i exercise cuz my sodium lvls are always too low. its hard to balance. but i do look freakin young for my age. and i think our gen look younger than previous generations cuz we paid more attention to our diets n nutritional needs more than they did. imo. its why our gen looks alot younger than older gens. nutrition is tbh everything. biochemistry in general. make sure your biochemistry is at max not minimum...dont go by the rda. they need to fix that. oh and dont go into the summer sun like beaches n shit. get just enuff where its healthy but never more than that. cuz the sun. fucks your skin up. dries out your skin, then u get wrinkles n lines sooner rather than later.
  16. proud of you hoody. yunno, the one big regret i have in life is that i never learned acrobatics when i was young. i had friends that could do blackflips, somersaults, cartwheels etc. n i never managed to learn. its just a thing i have that gripes me. i would dare try to learn now. but im almost 50 and tho i think i could reach the level of flexibility and stretch and strength i once had when i use to practice martial arts. being this old and thinking of getting a concussion at my age if i fuck a backflip up turns me way off to the idea. p.s. i dont look like a traditional 50 year old geezer btw. i look like in my late 20s to 30 max in face n body. as long as i shave my grey beard off i can easily pass for 30 or under. so dont imagine some old guy that can barely walk or something. 50 is just more of a number cuz in face n body im more 30 than anything. no lines or wrinkles or anything. if u saw me in a crowd at like evo youd never guess my age if im clean shaven.
  17. why not have prime btw? i personally pay for prime n netflix myself. i dont regret using prime considering i use their amazon lockers alot. tho w netflix i barely watch netflix nowadays n sometimes ask myself why im payin a sub for something i barely use. uh. but both still provide alot of quality entertainment. the one golden goose i have found tho is tubi cuz its soooo good for something free. i hope it stays that way. back in the day i useta rock hulu religiously. but ever since they started asking for pay sub i dropped em n never went back. n i useta rock crunchyroll but they started blocking vids if u had adblock on and dropped their sorry asses too. i miss the net of years ago. imo, 2012 to 2017 was the golden age of the net. you could see everything. i mean everything back then relatively for free. but the net has become so corporate n g rated now. sucks. its too dull plus expensive now.
