Yeah everyone that wasn't a diehard Punk fan knew he was getting cooked. I was thought that situation was weird. No issue with Punk wanting to do it. Just surprised the UFC bothered. He was good for one freak show PPV and that's it. Surprised they didn't go after someone like Jake Hager. Especially with how thin the heavyweight division is. He wouldn't the initial drawing power of Punk but they could have gotten more fights out of him. Hager would have been able to beat a few credible fighters before getting thrown in with someone that's truly UFC level to see he'd sink or swim.

They should have just matched Punk up with Tom Hardy. He would of got cooked by him too.

I don't think anyone is saying otherwise. The point of contention seems to be that he got punished and his affair partner did not. This relationship is allegedly consensual. If it was a consensual, and their was no coercion they should both be subject to the same disciplinary action. If it wasn't consensual or their was coercion involved their should be criminal charges.

Necalli was originally supposed to be the boss. He has the five "V" on his face. They ditched the whole interesting gimmick of Necalli only being savage in his "base form" and a genius in his true "V-Trigger" form. I guess it was a victim of them rushing the game out the door. I liked concept. Base Necalli was essentially "Evil Ryu", his own power ruled over him. He was an instinctual beast. V-Trigger Necalli was the "Akuma", he ruled over his power. It did not control him. It could have made for an interesting SNK/SFIV Seth in game battle with Round 1 being base Necalli and him becoming V-Trigger Necalli after you defeated him. He would be in his V-Trigger form yet have full access to the V- System. Ah well...what could have been.

You are in the minority and I'm right there with you. I like new characters in my new games. I understand that every SF roster will be heavy with SF2 characters. I wish they rotate like a half dozen of the 17 SF2 characters instead of putting entirety of the World Warriors in every time. Like you I enjoyed SF3 from the outset, I liked seeing new characters and wondering what they were about. Then again, I like the fact they we are getting new themes. I like the classic themes but they've been remixing for three decades now. There is an interesting dichotomy in gaming. People claim want new things. Truthfully they don't. They want a slightly different take of the same thing. They really don't want new things. If you give them new things they complain about it being too different.

Yeah ROH needs it's own 2 Hour show. That would help out immensely IMO. Rampage may need to go to 2 hours as well. I like the 1 hour setup as its to the point, but talent needs to be seen.
