     Shanks:

     

    • Looks like Shanks has been playing the long game.  I wouldn't be surprised if he knows Laugh Tale's location in his heydays with Roger. 
    • I wonder if Shanks let his arm get bit off on purpose. The smile he had during the panel makes me think that.
    • Shanks prolly let the other emperor's clash so no one can really stand in his way except BB and ... Luffy depending on his ultimate agenda...
    • The Gomu Gomu No Mi (Hito Hito No Mi) was definitely targeted by Shanks. The flashback seems to solidify this.
    • He's giving me last boss vibes...

     

    Sabo:

     

    • Something tells me that Cobra didn't get assassinated by Sabo. We know how good the World Gov can cover up stuff. The Celestial Dragons also seem to have pure jurisdiction over the Marines in the Holy Land.
    • Interesting that he's getting more recognition than Dragon and is even considered as a god now.
    • Vivi is probably with Sabo and knows the whole story

     

     

     

    In any case Luffy seems to be in the middle of everything since he's connected with practically every major player. War is upon us!

    But in all seriousness At MINIMUM we're looking at 3 years more before the end. I assume 5 to wrap up everything in time for the 30th anniversary 

    Yeah it struck me weird that he told that new readers can start reading from this part. What about your hard work for the past 25 years? lol

    Luffy looking way more normal than before. Less giggles and more serious. His normal personality resurfaced and we also get a nice confirmation from Kaido that he now managed to control his awakening. The lightning grab though is a wtf to me... even by One Piece shenanigan's standard.

At the time I was right it was like November or December before we got a full chapter fights for Sanji vs Queen, etc. It is fantastic when it does these chapters without a doubt and recent development has been very much on a epic caliber but personally still this Raid arc has still been kind of scatter shot compared to Summit War/Marineford where you mostly followed Luffy and Whiteboard to a degree as they advanced.

    I agree Marineford > Wano arc for me atm. Of course the Roger flashback the Yonkou fights and Luffy's reveal are very epic too but nothing super shocking besides the latest chapter. Marineford had more of a focus on things and had some crazy moments.
