  1. I honestly forgot that Amazon Prime is a streaming service. The only thing that I have watched on the platform is . . .
  2. There is some valid criticism here. Coupled with reading the source material and seeing how it's mishandled is a easy way to blow up expectations.
  3. Disney+ Hulu Netflix Youtube Music Personally, I use YT Music the most, followed by Hulu and Netflix. D+ only comes in when there is a new show. Honestly, I need to cancel it. I just re-up when a new series launches. Also, I miss Google Play Music. I found it was a much better service overall. I do appreciate that custom mixes/renditions of songs show up in the playlist with the current service.
  4. It was fun while it lasted. Desus and Mero part ways. EDIT - Love this clapback
  5. It wouldn't be surprised if that was the case honestly. I enjoyed the movie as a concept.
  6. Godfather . . . There are reports coming out that things are starting to cool off (at least in the owning market). The unfortunate thing is that so many homes are being purchased by these rental firms that they'll have some market influence. In the Triangle, the houses that I see purchased are bought and then you see a dumpster pull up a day or two after it closes. When you see that, you know it was an investment firm looking for some passive income that purchased it.
  7. Agree with all of this. My biggest issue with the movie was that it was a Marvel movie trying not to be one until it had to be.
  8. CRIPES Not sure how I forgot but also saw Tracey Morgan and Chappelle (this was when before he was GOAT tier).
  9. I thought he was solid. The show I saw was the "Triggered" special on Netflix well before it was posted. If you want to see what you are in for, watch that. I saw him well before COVID was a thing. Currently, Joe is playing to a certain sect of the populace. Three years is a long time in life experience and things could be different now. There are family members that post-COVID I can't have a conversation with because thier day consists of listening to either "Wacky WooHoo Pizza Guy" or some shirtless dude talking about "Melanin and the pineal gland" on YT.
  10. The "I don't trust the government" line was a smooth landing. The "woke" bit had me dying. There was so much gold in that special it's ridiculous.
  11. Just finished watching Bill Burr- Live at Red Rocks. If you're a fan of his, go watch it.
  12. I'm just now seeing this. If this is true, I only say this because he chose not to live his truth.
  13. And the conspiracy theorists are already having a field day. It's like people didn't pass away prior to 2020 for unforseen reasons.
  14. From those three; Mortal Kombat Overall: Sonic the Hedgehog
  15. The bold section is the core element for why insurance exists.
  16. I agree. The provider has a literal pool of money to work from. I don't know if it could be a large sum (e.g., 50+% back) but I certainly do think there is an opportunity to rework the cost to the insurer. This is pretty much the reason why you are required to carry it in order to access public roads.
  17. I am all for this. I've pretty much at this point bought my car twice. Total payouts over those years are around 10K (two hail storms and small repair to the rear quarter panel). **puts on former traffic safety researcher hat** NO . . . It absolutely does not. Now should your insurance premium be as high as it is, no. In NC, this is what you are paying for to have at a minimum covered: $30,000 Bodily Injury for each person, $60,000 total Bodily Injury for all persons in an accident and $25,000 for Property Damage. That means that unless you have 100K lying around in the event of a serious crash, you won't be able to have "piece of mind" much less drive. I agree that the system needs to be reworked, but to abolish it completely would be a bad move, especially if a certain dollar amount is required. In the event of an crash, the policy allows for the person financially responsible in the event to cover the damages. This gets into the costs of medical care, property restoration, etc. A trip in an ambulance is over $800 with a minor to moderate injury crash somewhere starting around $21K (per person). Any anything related to vehicle bodywork is at least 1K. An extreme cost shift would need to happen before we tie it to a person having funds to support most people owning a vehicle and deeming yourself financially responsible without a policy.
  18. Bayonetta is one of my favorite game franchises. I was all good with that trailer, but then the release date. . . . that's my late Dad's birthday. This is gonna be one to remember. Gotham Knights releases on my B-day. That weekend is about to be something EPIC! EDIT - I think this is the longest pre-order that I have done for a game. I wonder if they'll just create a new listing and cancel it. Pre-order placed in 12/26/2018
  19. I accidentally finished the game waaaaaaay ahead of schedule. I only did one of the Divine Beasts and got the Master Sword and shield. I was goofing off in the castle and came across the big bad. I walked in assuming there would be some sort of trigger but nope. The cutscene starts, fought all of the blights, Calamity, and Dark Beast in order. I always intended to go back to finishing it properly, but never did.
  20. Oh without a doubt. At this adult you have options of how you would like to proceed. While you bullshittin . . . Everything is some sort of attempt to do X to Y or somehow related to population control and cabals of baby-eaters controlling the masses. All I could think about is the Robot Chicken sketch where Walt Disney post-death became a child eating robot. Even movies are a touch of "you know they are showing this to us so the masses will be ready when the aliens are revealed". So you're telling me that a 1500 year old blond dude from a flat Earth is gonna just show up with the ability to ride the lightning. Ok . . .
