Finally built my PC. It's nice to have a desktop again. I did have a near heart attack when I posted and all was good. I go to update the BIOS and the system crashes. I get the dread 00 error which means either the motherboard or CPU has a fatal error or is dead. Thankfully, I figured that the BIOS was likely corrupted when the system crash mid update. I was able to flaskback the BIOS and it brought it back to life. I was seriously sweating bullets for awhile. Now, I can see how this thing can handle some games.

I don't understand why they can't understand the difference here.  Switch has been out for 6 years+ and when it got released it was already just behind the curve of the past gen systems.  So when Nintendo puts out the sequel to one of the biggest open world games in the industry and not only manages to put more shit to do in said game while making it more dynamic and vast while just managing to keep the game running at 30 fps with all these systems interacting with each other ON A 16 GB CARTRIDGE...then yeah...thats absolutely an amazing feat.  Compared to a first person shooter game that isn't as open and doesn't nearly have as many systems interacting with each other on the most powerful console of the current gen that takes up 95 to 86 gigs of space and thats CURRENTLY...WITHOUT UPCOMING PATCHES.  This really shouldn't even be a conversation or an argument.

What I mean is, there are a lot of AAA games coming out right now that run like complete shit on much better hardware. 
 
It's impressive that a game of this magnitude runs so well on such old and weak hardware, comparatively. Kudos to the developers for optimizing it. This is how it should be.

Yeah I saw that in my feed and I didn't bother clicking it.  I get people have their issues with Nintendo but its this is a straight action and consequence situation.  Kotaku is well within their rights to continue posting whatever they want and Nintendo doesn't owe Kotaku shit.  Kotaku decided to that they were going to advertise how to pirate a brand new game and despite the fact they changed the article...fact still remains that the original article was pretty blatant.  So Nintendo decides not to send them a review copy of their biggest game of the year.  They are gonna have to hold that.  And acting like a whole a child and throwing a temper tantrum is not gonna endear you to getting anything else in the future.  If I was running a VG company and Kotaku did that then I'd probably do the same thing.  Anyone coming to Kotaku's defense and only considering what they have a right to do without considering what Nintendo has a right to do is clown shoes mentality.  They can get the game same day as everyone else and review it then.

I mean what he was saying didn't sound bad...until he got to the part where he says "If you've never heard of the game, we probably didn't review it, and it probably isn't that good anyway".  That's comes off kinda arrogant.  There are tons of games out there that have released that probably never showed up on my radar but I've never assumed just because I didn't hear about it that it's probably garbage.

Everyone gives Nintendo shit for the 3DS naming conventions and the Wii-U but Microsoft really outdid them with thay Series S/X naming convention set. It's hard to keep all the models straight imo. 

Another thing to consider spoiler tagging would be builds of different things if one of the items is a hidden item. I’m just imaging that you’ll probably have the building abilities pretty early on, but I could see maybe a dungeon item or some hidden item be a key component.

It's almost gonna be like the equivalent of a Stormtroopers shooting at Jedis.  If any Moblins even think about picking up any explosive barrels, I'm returning it to sender.

I’m literally building a new computer partly just to play HiFi Rush. 

I'm gonna get a Series X eventually for the BC, but that's why I want one. Not really for anything new besides Hi-Fi Rush. 

Game seems interesting thus far but I have NO IDEA what the hell is going on in terms of the story.  Feels like the the narrator was talking about the war that happened and then started just naming off names in as epic a fashion he could and I was just like "....WHO!?"
 
Parries in this game are going to take some time to get used to cause it really feels like there is no wiggle room.  I got one successful parry through out my hours of play time and all the others were either too early or too late.   Went out into the open field and was like "oh this place is actually kinda pretty", wandered over to the right and noticed a bunch of blood spots in a field and went to a few of them.  ".....What is everyone getting bodied by out there?  There's nothing arou- Oh hello dude on a horse"  *notices a life bar fill up at the bottom and the music changes" "....OOOOOHH....*GETS BOPPED IMMEDIATELY*"
