I'm down to 147 pounds and 19 percent body fat. I'm getting closer to 15 percent and I am somewhat stronger from lifting and faster due to being lighter. Females are much more attracted to me now; more than before which is fun, but I don't really want to deal with them since they are trouble and annoying.

I have realized that the only way to attract the right woman is to have improved enough within yourself to manifest her into reality.

Man, LOL, this is hilarious now with this woman.

Which one is it? I am lying about things. I am crazy or I am telling the truth. Maybe all three. I am just here to have fun.

You will never let it go, RSG3. 90 percent of the time, I ignore you, and you still rage on like a lamer.

Man, there is some weird woman here stalking me in front of my face on the second floor of the library. She is on a bridge in front of my computer. I feel like leaving, but I just got here. I'm freaking out. Whatever. She won't do anything.

I'm often dumb founded by women. I'm always "WTF". They often act weird as Hell. They are chaos incarnate.

She's still here. LOL. I'm probably wrong about her. Well, time to get some lunch.

Women out in the wild in modern times have odd behaviors.  I've had women strike up conversation with me just to tell me they had a boyfriend.  What do you want from me?  I wasn't going to hit on your ham planet ass anyway!

If I ever get summoned for jury duty, I will say that I use logic, creativity, intuition, and gut instinct to make my decisions to get out of jury duty. It's true and it's an out of something I don't want to do because they will think I am insane.

I hopped on the barefoot shoes bandwagon. I have a feeling this will fix my foot pain, shin splints, and lower back problems. I've been on a long quest on fixing and improving my body. It's really fun and disturbing.

I like that Guile kept the good stuff from SFV and looks like he has a few more offensive options.  While Ken has been slacking off, Guile has been GETTING THEM GAINS!  #SWOLE

To be fair, we've seen how the CIA infiltrate other countries and ruin local governments for US interests. Edward Snowden reveal long ago that mass surveillance is a thing and still is as we speak. Is it REALLY that farfetched to even consider that our government may possibly groom kids on various sites over a long time taking advantage of a kids low self esteem/depression in the hopes they can manipulated to do harmful things?

There is a pedophile ring with these elite cults. It's scary because you never know that tomorrow you may run into a 12 year old puppet of a leftist who is being given guns so the leftist media can start making all this bullshit for their news rating and influences. You could be a piece of their story, so maybe many here should take their time wisely, drop the hand and just go to wholefoods.

Been doing dumbell presses for chest for the past 2 months or so because my shoulder is just not right.  I just wish my gym had dumbells heavier than 100lb since I'm repping those pretty easily on flat.  I can do em on incline too but not after doing flat bench, my triceps are a bit shot at that point.

Ironically, my shoulder bothers me with dumbells for shoulder presses.  I have to do barbell for that.

ah, Intuitive Aptitude sounds like the overall better choice since it only involves the user observing the power, apparently like Taskmaster.  If there's no limit to what power can be understood and replicated this way (I think Taskmaster is limited to just things that are physically possible for a human), on yeah that's my deal of choice for sure.  From what I've seen online just now about empathic mimicry, it involves channeling emotions and/or proximity....which is a bit more "work" than simply observing an power/ability to get it... not having to be close by would be a bonus as well.

I've been benching and getting my weight up gradually for several years, but I didn't really start doing major workouts (as in staying at it for an hour with a good bit of variety) until about a year ago. Admittedly, my form isn't great, and I'm not doing squats or deadlifts (which I absolutely should be doing), but I'm getting pretty good results regardless. Currently doing 4 sets on the flat bench with 4 sets of crunches in between, 4 sets of preacher curls with 4 sets of butterflies in between, 4 sets of dumbell rows (alternating arms each set), 4 sets of tricep rope pulldowns with 4 bowflex rows between, 4 sets of leg extensions, then the aforementioned pull ups and dips. Hitting it every other day and have been really good at sticking with it, even though it sucks. Also recently got some straps to do hanging knee lifts and trying to get in the habit of doing those on my off days. It's really nice having gear in my basement, makes it easier to stick to the routine. Wish I had bought a cage 20 years ago instead of the stupid total gym I bought back then.

Yeah I haven't done any pullups in like a year due to shoulder issues.  It sucks because I like em.

Several years back, I worked up to doing 60 chin-ups in a set while hanging around 180-190. Started using a 20lb weight vest and got up to 45 in a set, eventually stopped when my shoulder was bothering me too much. Currently closing my (much more thorough than those days) workout with 20 wide pull ups, 20 neutrals, and 20 dips. Also got my bench reps up to 245 lbs, aiming to get to 250 soon-ish.  Been floating around 175-180 for a bit now, but also a good bit more lean than I was during that period when I was doing a ton of chin-ups.

I'm starting to be a little more forgiving of myself with my cheat days since I learned that most of that weight gain the next day is only water weight.

The past few weeks I've been getting back into boxing as well after a 10 year absence. I would really recommend it for anyone who finds cardio boring. Even skipping rope is a nice challenge. I'm trying to whip it like Tyson some day haha.

My personal record for pullups was like 18 and I weighed like 200-205.   The subsequent sets I would only get like 12 or 10.   Pullups are tough.

I can do 11 pulls up now. That's okay I guess. I have done 45 push ups a few days ago, but I can likely do a few more. I am able to do 11 or more pistol squats for each leg while supporting myself by holding onto my bed post.

Actually, I was able to do 30 pull ups in a row when I was in high school at 130 pounds. I made a typo up there.

I began really cracking down on my diet this past month. I had gained so much weight over the past two years from quarantine and extra hours at work. This is going to sound mad stupid, but my scale broke so I stopped weighing myself in the mornings and my weight gain got out of control. I'm still far from where I want to be, but I've lost 10lbs this past month from going to the gym and focusing on veggies, lean meats, and eating dinner at a set time every night.

Hit a new pr on my squats on thursday too, which is a nice plus.

I fluctuate from 150 to 155 pounds. I am 5 foot 4.5; that is to give you some perspective. Two of my goals is to be able to do 30 pull ups in a row and 100 push ups in a row. Back in high school I used to be able to do 30 push ups, but I only weighed about 130 pounds. The wrestling/football coach was so impressed by that that he suggested I should join wrestling.
