  1. The Cyberpunk Phantom Liberty system requirements are odd. A 7800X3D is the fastest CPU for gaming period and it's a tier below the slower 7900X. Which is more geared towards productivity. Yet it's under the Ultra Header. Also Intel 12th Gen's counter part is Ryzen 5000 series. So the CPU recommendations are off. Then raster recommendations are screwy as well. In Raster a 6900XT is faster than 3080. Yet they have 7900XTX next to it which 50% faster in Raster as it's equivalent. The RT recommendations I can understand. Nvidia is clearly better in RT than AMD....but the rest of it. It just seems bonkers.
  2. Aftermath's story annoyed the hell out of me simply for that fraudulent as gold digger they tried to pass off as Sindel.
  3. Completely ignored the lore and inserted "diversity" in a setting where just about everyone should be Caucasian. There are darker skinned people in The Witcher universe, they reside in Zerrikania and the story doesn't take place there. It's far to the South IIRC. Like Africa is from Poland. All the sorceresses are supposed be gorgeous. They magically enhance their looks. That's not really the case in the show. The former annoys me because they couldn't even been bothered to have an offhand remark about how a character is from Zerrikania. Or they couldn't be smart enough to do what House of the Dragon did and have an entire foreign family be "black". Them not being from area and being different from everyone else makes sense. The latter is just par for the course these days and unsurprising given the casting directors comments about Yennefer's casting. I can't imagine Anya Chalotra was pleased by them. Side note: I watched a show on Netflix a while back, Barbarians is the title IIRC. it's clearly a European show dubbed into English. Based on the setting everyone should be Caucasian. There is one black character in that show but it makes sense. She was enslaved when the Romans sacked Carthage. They took like 2 minutes for a flashback and her being in middle of Gaul instantly made sense.
  4. I agree with you completely. Sabine is pushing 30 but she acts like a person pushing 20. As for Thrawn, if they didn't want to get him on some sort of workout program to slim down, couldn't they put him in some sort of girdle.
  5. Great now all of Cestus' characters are going to snake across the ground 🙃
  6. @CESTUS III is broken tier when it comes to character creation. If he were a Marvel character, he'd be Dark Phoenix with Haggar's stamina rating.
  7. The mid gen upgrade is different from the "Switch 2". I hate use this term but the "Switch Pro" got cancelled to due to COVID and the subsequent chip shortage. The Switch OLED was originally going to be the mid gen refresh. When chips became hard to come buy, Nintendo just stocked up on the current chips and canned the upgraded spec. The Switch 2 is something else entirely. Also being "more powerful than a Steam Deck" isn't much of a feat. The CPU tech in the Steam tech dates back to 2019 and the GPU tech to 2020. What makes the Steam Deck so impressive is Valves work on the OS side. It's why things like the ROG Ally which stomps the Steam Deck on paper (4.3TF to 1.6TF) , yet barely outperform it in reality. By the time the Switch 2 launches the Steam Deck will have 5 year old CPU tech and 4 year old GPU tech. The Switch 2 is likely going to be somewhere between the Steam Deck and Series S in power . The Tegra T239 specs put it at about 4TF but Nintendo will do Nintendo things and it will probably end up around 2.5 to 3TF. It will use DLSS to make it look more capable than it actually is. Side Note: Teraflops are not real accurate indicator of ability, I just used them for simplicities sake. Edit: ROG Ally "like for Like" has 4.3TF to the Steam Decks 1.6TF
  8. They were listening. Listening to scumbag former EA CEO John "Let's Charge Battlefield Players $1 Per Reload" Riccitiello.
  9. Well my team tried their damndest to give me a heart attack but we're 2-0, so I'll take it. At one point the Giants had been out scored 60-0 for the season.....then the Cardinals choked. Props to the Giants, WTF Arizona. I'll take Tanking for $1000 Alex.
  10. MK1 looks better than MK11 IMO. I own MK11 on Switch. It plays well enough but the hair rendering is really really bad. It's a shimmer fest.
  11. @SonichumanShiver Entertainment who handled MK11 for Switch along with Saber Interactive who handled The Witcher 3 port to Switch to answer your question.
  12. In case anyone wants to see how all the versions of MK1, sans PC, compare....
  13. I watched SwitchUp's review. Basically the game runs at 60fps for the most part. When you call out a Kameo it cut's to 30fp and then goes back up to 60fps when you regain control of your character. It's a smart way to handle things. It's similar to how the game already handled Fatal Blows.
  14. Man, why the Colorado State coach go and talk trash about Deion? LIke the best chance they had at victory was for Colorado to over looked them. Now they've gone and pissed them off. They gonna beat the brakes of them boys now.
  15. Switch Up review for MK1. Game is heavily scaled down of course but it looks better than MK11 IMO. MK11's hair was atrocious.
  16. Switch version doesn't look as terrible as I expected. It actually looks better than MK11.
  17. Have you managed to finish it yet? I keep starting new characters. I'll finish Act 3 at some point. After finding out how much content I missed on my first character. I don't even want to use him anymore 🤣
  18. @DracuIt feels like they tried to cram the whole PS2/GC/XB era into one game to check off a box.
