I got a $15 PSN credit and promptly used it on the Yakuza 0/Yakuza 6 bundle both games for $56. Not a bad deal.

Based on the way Season 3 has gone, if she gets announced this weekend, she'll be playable this month. Capcom seems to have a better handle on releases this season.

Too late been playing the crap out of Kiwami. PSN has deal for Yakuza 0 and 6 for like $70 when you preorder Yakuza 6. I'm thinking of doing it. This game is too damned fun, weird, and hilarious.

So I snagged Yakuza Kiwami for $20 at Best Buy the other day. Fun game, kicking myself for not playing any of these games before. Sorta reminds me of Shenmue in some regards. Thoroughly Japanese game though, which is fine. I don't mind the quirkiness. Didn't expect a softcore FMV strip tease though. Oh Japan, never change.

I've been over guest characters for sometime. Give me characters from the franchise. I see all these guest characters in Tekken yet staple characters from the franchise are mission. While I don't care for Tekken, I'd hate for that to happen to fighting game that I do care for.

All I can say is that there are some positive aspects of the story but it is absolutely laughable in many other areas (not that such a description is that much different from most other fighting games, depending on ones point of view). However, it still leaves us with so much to discuss as to what is actually going on between the characters as well as what can take place at a later date (considering that Capcom hires some decent writers).

Well the Packers have a new GM and are participating in Free Agency. Not sure how well it's going to turn out but they are trying something different.

It's the best Tekken because I got a PS4 copy for free with my Qanba Obsidian and it's in the shrink wrap. I still blame @Neclord for getting me to waste money on the PC version though

Since the usual lore heavy weights are stuck in Discord....Discourse. I guess I'll have to drop my humor shtick and get serious for a moment. If we get a second story mode. What direction do you think it should take. I'll start off.

I think the main focus should be on Ed's formation of Neo Shadaloo. I think it should be more of an Anti-Hero type of organization. Ed could be trying to recruit and give safe haven to victims of Shadoloo/S.I.N. experimentation. This could provide an interesting narrative and give a reason for Capcom to reuse the doll assets from A Shadow Falls.

Some of the dolls would stay with Cammy and others would fall in line with Ed. He could have an "any means necessary" method to his tactics. This would give him good intentions but put him at odds with hero characters like Cammy and Chun Li. You could have some of the dolls that didn't get a move set fall in league with Ed. This would allow players to fight against Noembelu, Xiayu, and Jianyu. Decapre, Juli, and Juni could fall in league with Cammy.

The Illuminati would be in the background. Gill, Urien, and Kolin would be using the power vacuum created by the fall of Shadaloo to their advantage. While the "hero's" are focused on Neo Shadaloo. The Illuminati would be setting the table for the events of SF3 to take place. Maybe one of the characters from the main story line would join their ranks. Decapre could be tempted by the possibility of having her scars healed. Or Ed could convinced to fall in line with Gills doctrine and roll Neo Shadoloo in their ranks.

Just spit balling ideas off the top of my head. Anyone else have thoughts on the matter.

Well my assessment of this weeks shows, sans Arrow, which comes on tomorrow.

Legends - I usually turn my brain off for this show. It's dumb fun, but they continually go back to pre-segregation Southern USA and have interracial couples walk around and usually no one bats an eye. I can't look past that. I'm from Virginia. I mean this Elvis episode was worse than when Jax was hitting on a white girl in Season 1. At least the people reacted in that episode. I got dirty looks when I walked through a mall with one of my white friends in 2000 and we weren't even dating. Amaya and Nate strolling around 1954 Memphis and no one gives a fuck.....really!?

Flash - Season 1 of this show was so good. Season 2 was okay. This season is basically been meh. It's not Arrow Season 3 and 4 bad but I watch it out of habit at this point. Not really caring for Ralph's character. I also don't understand why the least qualified member of Team Flash, Iris, is leading the team. You've got four genius level characters (Barry, Caitlyn, Cisco, and Harry. A police detective in Joe.) Yet Iris in charge :get_outta_here:

Black Lightning - My surprise show of the season. I've been enjoying this show the most out of the CW shows. It doesn't have the typical CW melodrama and the storylines, for superhero show, are pretty grounded. I hope they can keep up the good work.

When he's on IR, they'll wish they kept the Honey Badger. 134 million in his career and Bradford has done squat. They talk about robbery characters in SFV, Bradford is the ultimate robbery character.
