It's not like they just gloss over it.  It's gets brought up, like, 50 times during the story.

Granted, he should probably be arrested when it's all over.  But by the end, he's just saved the world.  So according to Vegeta's Law, that cancels out the past atrocities.

That doesn't make sense though, because Decapre's disfigurement is a result of some flaw in her creation process.

I don't think either Cammy OR Decapre is the "original", if there even is one.  I think they're both artificial.

So...we're supposed to be getting 2 new stages in Season 1.  And neither Rashid or AKI got new stages.

I thought I remember reading somewhere that, after Cammy's face was scarred, Vega made Decapre wear a mask so the same thing wouldn't happen to her face, but I have no idea where I read it.

Though when they brought her back in SF4, they made it so that her face was already scarred.  So it would make more sense if Vega was covering her face, rather than protecting it.

My idea for Geki is to give him a more fleshed out version of Young Zeku's moveset.  Then in his ending, reveal that he was Zeku in disguise.

Alpha-style Haggar should just look like a sprite version of his MvC3 model.  Since most SF character's MvC sprites started out as Alpha sprites.
