  1. I lost this Earth Wind & Fire album somehow years ago (someone may have swiped it), so it was cool to see that someone posted this exact same greatest hits right on youtube...it's one of my favorite albums of all time; they flow from 1 song right into the next one... I heard a radio station play "Boogie Wonderland" earlier today so that put me in the mood to look this up again... It's nonstop legendary greatness 1 track after another one, folks.
  2. The Wall took a long time to get that one. It is only recently that Martha *finally* started looking too old... and even then, she's just now in that "still looks good for her age" category. She is part of a legendary category of women with near eternal hotness: Sophia Loren Helen Mirren The "younger" side of the list --- Halle, Salma Hayek, Marisa Tomei, and Elizabeth Hurley...all in their mid to late 50s now, but still looking incredible....also there's Valerie Bertinelli, who is now 62....was one of the finest women ever to be on television.
  3. Damnnnn this is a tough one... as you guys know this is also one of my favorite franchises of all time, so it's an understatement to say I'm conflicted about Bayo 3 now. GameXplain is on it already I wonder if Grey DeLisle is still in there as Jeanne? That's another one where the voice is critical.
  4. ATQ with some nice stockings... the kind that has that seam going up the back https://youtu.be/1s4yOMV8Isw?t=138
  5. That Cyberpunk jam session is never-ending, folks It would be cool if things were like the Cyberpunk world in the future... too bad reality almost always sucks in comparison to fiction though. More than likely, the distant future will be far more disappointing. Oh when those friends from the college days were in town we ate at a restaurant; this was actually the first I've even been sitting down in a restaurant since the pandemic started, actually. Usually I might order from a place and just pick it up, so it was nice to have that little luxury once again for a change, reminding me for a moment of how things were prior to Spring/Summer 2020. Random shit--- apparently the Zeta Reticuli star system is 39 light-years away from us https://www.bing.com/search?FORM=SLBRDF&PC=SL18&q=how+far+is+the+zeta+reticuli+star+system If the rumors and leaks about those aliens (the "Tall Whites" or the "Greys") that visited us are true, it's interesting that they are from that far away, and likely used a wormhole or extra-dimensional portals or some other amazing tech that is "magical" from our less-advanced perspective. ...and that distance is some wild shit in itself---that's how unfathomably large the universe is... even if you're capable of traveling at light speed... it would still take you 39 years to get there....and even that distance is "short" compared to how far away other things are.
  6. Another one I started keeping tabs on years ago... Mukda got a new one today:
  7. Chicago PD right now man... I've seen this episode a few times already but it's one of my favorites... the finale of season 6 (ep. 22) leading up to season 7 was powerful shit...Spoilers obviously though this is from 2019.... Sgt. Voight was desperate and that scene where he finally told Halstead about that asshole soon to be major Kelton --- "I'm going to see Kelton.... and do ....what needs to be done." as the dramatic music plays in the background. Not long after that we see that Kelton had been murdered in his home; laid out in his living room, shirt all bloodied up........and they leave you with that cliffhanger right there at the end of that season. Mannnnn that was the shit. Things would take more shocking turns with season 7 episode 1 picks up right after that. They're about to finally show season 9 starting up in a few minutes, actually... that's totally new to me since I've only been watching the old stuff in syndication all this time. This one has taken over as the new champion of police drama shows; I can't get enough. Ohhh yeah season 9 this is right after Burgess went through hell at the end of season 8. Yeah it's safe to say I'm a bit obsessed with this show. The characters here are some of the most badass people in the past several years of television.
  8. Those scented candles last a long time... the small one I bought some weeks ago still has about half of the wax part left... and I had it lit for quite a while over the last few days when old college friends came to visit. I'm intending to pick up another 1 or 2 of those "caramel beignet" ones on my next Super Target trip. Another "home furnishings" thing---I was also shopping around for new pillows since they were going to stay for a night... it's disappointing how many pillows are so flimsy and weak... I'm not sure how other people are on this issue but I prefer a more sturdy pillow. When they're too "mushy" it seems like a pillow that someone's already owned and slept on for the past few years. On another note---the latest from Toy Galaxy is about the monster cereals....I liked the character designs but never cared for the actual cereals... my tried and true as a kid was always the Honey Nut Cheerios and Frosted Flakes ha, I'll bet most people forgot that "Yummy Mummy" ever existed...he was never as popular as the Count and Frankenberry.
  9. Some Elden Ring buffs.... to sorcery and incantations?! Ohhhhh yes looks like a good time for me to get back in there
  10. Well, I'm wondering now--- does Rachel Dolezal wear a bonnet since that's the "thing" now with an embarrassingly large % of Black American women? 🤔 Also---how long until we see a Black woman that's a mayor or other political figure----actually wearing a bonnet in a formal public setting, like for a local press conference or something? You know that's bound to happen very soon. We already saw that 1 senator from Rhode Island twerkin' for votes upside down in a thong like a scene from a BET: Uncut music video. - It's an odd thing when you happen to be in the extreme minority opinion of a fanbase... each time I see other "ARPG"/Diablo fans discussing things on a forum, it's something I completely disagree with 95% of the time... like they usually don't give a damn about the story and general lore of the world; most probably would not care if Diablo 4 had no story mode at all, not even any cinematics. Most of them happily accepted the "online-only" nonsense that will now plague all future installments of that franchise, the list goes on--- paragon levels was another thing... I kept hearing "eh they should do away with that (or greatly tone it down)"--- so....you just get to the level 70 cap and that's just it for that character forever? Sure, sounds so fun there to have zero progression past that point. It's like a constant Twilight Zone situation to me, whenever I hear the rest of the fans' opinions on various things.
  11. At 330 hours played on just the Switch version of Diablo 3... and I'm still not even close to being tired of it. The update the the Rathma set is great; I've never played that build until now, and I'm still slowly gathering all I need for it to be at the full potential. It's a real shame this appears to be the end of the franchise's run as being something truly great. I have no hope for D4 at this point... of course a big part of that is the fact that it's online-only, and all versions of all future Diablo titles will most likely be the same way....and most gamers are perfectly ok with that nonsense so no.... there's no hope. *Y'know---another dumb thing about most gamers that irritates me, concerning all that.... how gullible most are in believing whatever BS the companies feed ya---- "____ said that if the company and their servers ever shut down, they'd release a final patch that makes it playable offline!" Yeah sure whatever, I got a bridge to sell to these chumps then. 😆 I noticed that "Haak" got an update which changed the game icon on Switch; hopefully this also means they fixed the slow-down problem.
  12. Rekieta has had some recent troubles with his channel so I'm having to look elsewhere for Darrell Brooks trial coverage... here is the latest thing posted from the Law & Crime channel...he's still representing himself:
  13. Luke tried Anthem again.... it surprises me this game is still running, actually... it's another one that is cursed to be "online-only" so it is only a matter of time until they shut it down at some point... (see, if it didn't have that problem then the few fans this has left could still play it for however long their system of choice continues to function properly) One thing that stood out as odd to me that apparently no one else noticed because of the tons of other problems---- there is customization of how the person you play looks....but what's the point in that, since you don't really get to see him/her ever again? Your character is wearing the Anthem suit at all times during normal gameplay, and when you're in town it's a first-person perspective. Customization of the various Anthem armor/suits...that's the only thing that matters since you actually get to see that. I remember the customization of the suits was decent; I made some cool ones.....Colossus was my favorite armor since it was ridiculously OP... you're nearly unkillable when playing that. It was ultimate "tank" status, especially when you got that rocket item called "Best Defense" that heals this already super-tanky character for 35% anytime it hits....it was just silly. haha my cohorts at the time actually had to worry about taking cover, while I could just casually be walking around on the battlefield as this nearly invincible Juggernaut, laughing at the enemies' pathetic attempts to stop me.
  14. It would be nice if younger generations of gamers would listen about this sort of thing... one of the reasons "online-only" is the worst thing ever to happen to gaming. They'll eventually realize it at some point in the future (when it's already much too late)...perhaps when they reminisce about "the good ol days" when they were kids playing Fortnite...and realize "ohhhh that's right...it was an online-only game, and they finally killed the servers a few years ago....damn..." Also---though this vid is 3 years old now....not sure I'd use the term "fraud" but I'd agree with the sentiment obviously that "live service"/Online-Only is a trash concept that should never have been allowed to infect the rest of the industry.
  15. Well, the latest gold that Quartering found and made a video about... Hasan was once "The Brofessor"?? ...and what's up with those strange body proportions?! Hasan's head looks like it doesn't match his body.. 🤣
  16. Another case of honesty not being the best policy--- sure would be nice if I could be honest about how much I despise this worthless piece of shit system we use at work. We just have to smile and pretend it's not truly as shitty as it really is.....that it's not the worst piece of garbage in the entire history of program/applications. This shit makes Bethesda actually look competent and capable of producing stable game products in comparison. Every goddamn day this shit makes me want to just break someone's face.
  17. Ah, Blizzard.net servers happen to be down.... once again a moment that helps prove that forced online connection is the absolute worst shit ever to happen in gaming. I found this elsewhere, a little while ago... On the console version, there is no need to connect. The PC Diablo fanboys probably won't ever admit they have the shitty, handicapped version of the game.....and oh yes....I always love a good "TOLD YA SO." moment. I can't resist; it's too delicious. *actually...on the Switch I can apparently even play my seasonal character for some strange reason.... doesn't make sense but ok, I'll take that win as well for the console side. This is on top of the Switch obviously making the game fully portable as well. If I knew that future console versions were on the way at the time, I would never have wasted even 1 penny on the PC Diablo 3. **...and the Overwatch situation reminds me--- theoretically, once D4 is released, it's possible they would just make the pc-version of D3 "disappear", and you just couldn't play that anymore... apparently the first Overwatch is gone now. It's unlikely but since the game is online-only, it's possible that some stupid bullshit like that could happen. It's amazing to see that so many "gamers" are apparently ok with such nonsense.
  18. So many years later, it's still one of my favorite moments in anime history.... man, the memories--- yeah for a while I'd make some of my characters in rpgs to be like Aizen. (Fable 2, and later Kingdoms of Amalur; I'd go on to make numerous characters/playthroughs in Amalur though)
  19. A look back at the newer Thundercats that unfortunately had the handicap of being aired on Cartoon Network.... imagine what could have been if it were allowed to continue.... (*for one---I was sure that if it continued to be a hit, eventually someone would've said "hey there's this other one called Silverhawks we could bring back too...") *Note---I'm not sure where he heard about fan backlash... I don't recall hearing any old fans complaining... *seems* like some BS on that being one of the reasons, at least from what I remember.... with it being 2011 fan backlash would definitely have been noticeable thanks to the internet and social media already being a thing by that point. Alternate timeline---imagine Thundercats 2011 debuts on Netflix instead of CN.... goes on to be a hit; we'd get at least 4 or 5 seasons of it... then at some point we got Silverhawks... then maybe even MASK after that, Starcom, ROBOTIX and whatever else, and so on and so on.
  20. I'm a bit late on this but that game Undungeon is out on Switch now (20 bucks); I had my eye on this one ever since first seeing footage of it...so on Switch this is most likely my next thing:
  21. Oh yeah AM had to get in on this foolishness with 50's son and of course it's gold... and again... remember his son is a 25-year old man at this point; dude's a leech and a loser. Imagine if you had a son that's now a grown, able-bodied man and still apparently needing you to foot the bill on everything even more, as if he's still a child. haha imagine that level of disappointment.
  22. Ok, the new Hellraiser----yep it was cool as I was hoping... this is a relief to see this franchise be something relevant again. My only complaint was that it was a bit slow in some parts; mostly the middle of the film. On another note though--- that Jenna Ortega is coming along quite nicely indeed.... *note--- she is currently 20 years old....so go on and let that imagination run as wild and nasty as you want to be....she's fully legal and scrumdiddlyumptious.
  23. whoah this is so pathetic it's hilarious *sidenote--I tend to skip past the first couple of seconds because the way this guy starts his videos always sounds terribly annoying...I wish he'd stop doing that, tbh. ...but yeah, his perspective on how much is "nothing" is amazingly skewed... like to the point where you'd just start wondering if he's just stupid.
  24. This has been too much fun; I haven't taken days off in quite a while... I should've taken the Wednesday too. All I did Thursday was hit the gym in the morning, and stop by the usual spots on the way back home...got more of that awesome grilled chicken from the Super Target (*why not make all the Targets "Super"? Unfortunately I don't think they have this stuff at "regular" Target stores)... it's enough to make at least 4 or 5 little grilled chicken sandwiches for one pack (10 bucks). They also have a rotisserie and fajita seasoned chicken with that Target brand ("Good & Gather) so I'll have to get those next time.
  25. I haven't seen her in a while but Hannah tried on some tasty costumes too
