This is something that I noticed when going to Geek Cons. These are the same passionate fans in the FB groups that are quick to pop-off yet it's rare to any sort of beef displayed in public. You think twice about what you want to say when you're in striking distance.

It's certainly escalated since 2020. At the same time, our brethren out here looking like they ain't ever put a brush to the scalp.

I am sure a fair bit do as some sort of a pool percentage. In my experience it was around 10%. It went to the staff that bussed tables. By law though, it can't go to management, only to other staff members.

However the other employee is still there. The question is whether or not she allowed the restaurant to strongarm that 20% remainder. Now, I used to work in the restaurant business, yes tip sharing is a thing, but the house isn't a mob boss. You gotta give the house 80%. . . Sadly the bad press and legal concerns may kill the restaurant. Ultimately this will leave many other people out of work because the management wanted an extra $3.5K (if they asked the same for both servers). This kind of action could have been performed 20-30 years ago with nothing being heard about it . . . but the internet is undefeated.

Yes, keep in mind that this was based on a much higher adoption rate. Also if some of those steps were taken as outlined, we'd be further along. . . but people. Also, I'm with about the vaccination timetable. There does need to a better solution. Not faulting, it's a reality. It's become a political thing as you remember how people weren't about it if it was the previous administration but now fine with it. It's not like it was "New Coke" situation because someone else go in office. I don't necessarily disagree with this take, but keep in mind that the finance problem is a separate issue with a different solution. Agreed. You should question it, but you also have to have a good baseline to work with. Folks peddling information that you're gonna get Sen. Armstrong modifications from the jab is insane. My approach with most things is that if I you can't explain a point without the need to aggressively yell, you likely don't have a good handle on it anyway.

The primary reason people don't want this vaccine is because they don't like or trust the people telling/mandating them to get it. Sure you do have people with legit medical concerns, but most are really just "I don't wanna cause you're telling me I gotta" and "I don't trust this system".

The AWD v8 Charger could be a monster. They were discontinued back in 2015 and really only rumors as to why (supposedly there was a lawsuit of sorts). The Caprice is a solid platform as well. Agreed with all things here. The SS was the perfect sleeper. It was a no-nonsense car that packed a lot of power. It didn't help that Chevy's marketing strategy was basically pissing in the wind. Right now they seem to hold a fair bit of value given how "rare" they are. Also, got the Durango hooked back up and all the codes cleared. It would have been flawless if I didn't forget to plug one of the fuel injectors in. It was only for 3 seconds 🤣. I think we've all forgotten to plug something in at some point. Now is the fun part of the drive cycle for emissions.

Yesterday I was working on my project vehicle and the algorithm delivered the song "The Adults are Talking" by the Strokes. Decided to give the whole album a listen. It's been a while since I've listened to a rock album that I've enjoyed throughout. Album playlist linked The entire concept of the first song hooked me. This is definitely my favorite track with "Ode to the Mets" being a close second. EDIT: Drums please Fab 🤣

🤣 I already beat Part 1. I didn't hate it. I see what they wanted to do, but this is something that won't keep me interested in revisiting.

It really makes me question these people motives when they tell their children to have manners and stop with name calling yet it seems that's what gets you to go viral in a tweet.

Never played God Hand. Asura's Wrath was one of the best cutscenes I've ever played. Also grabbed Avengers for $9.99. I'll be honest, I think there is a good game trying to crawl out but could have used another pass at "what are we really trying to be". The story (so far) seems to be pretty interesting. I admit that I like the artistic license used for Iron Man's theme music. I've occasionally gotten audio glitches where sound effects are missing but not much else. I can see how this will get old as the mission are basically "GO OVER HERE AND BEAT THE SHIT OUT OF 'EM". I'm not made that I've spent money equivalent to a mediocre lunch.

Here lies the problem. This requires an "explain it like I'm 5" for me to understand how this is possible.
