Bedman is a weird character, he could actually control the screen pretty well with his 1/2/3HS normals in Xrd and had a good anti air 6P and since he's so big he could snipe air dashers pretty easily (so easy I could do it).

End of the day tho he's definitely a setup character. End combos with his tatsu, use Deja Vu tatsu and YRC to vortex them to the corner. He was pretty unga but also pretty galaxybrain all at once. Definitely the most fun character in Xrd imo. 

Weird, I didn't see any Deja Vu clones at all in the new Bedman trailer. That was like his main mechanic in Xrd. 

I really want to see his gameplay walkthrough, I'm curious if Delilah actually serves some purpose in Bedman's gameplay or if she's purely there for added flair like Celica A. Mercury in BlazBlue. Maybe she controls her Brother's Deja Vu clones now? Or maybe Bedman got completely retooled like so many other characters

I think some of those raw Drive Rush juggles will end up showing a lot of skill expression  imo. Some of the timing for them require some dedicated practice. Plus I think they look really cool too. 

I still find it funny Kim does 10% less damage than everyone else and just gains normal damage when she uses level 3. 

It's gonna be okay, Twinblades. 

Lili actually looks pretty damn cool. Y'know, for a character who isn't 6'9" and jacked

Also.... EX Lariat? I feel like that's never been a thing before right? 

He's got that anti air grab super from Alpha, that's super cool.

I wouldn't expect Project L for a very long time. At the rate they're trickling updates I wouldn't expect anything concrete (or even the official name) til like, 2025. Which is fine imo, they can take their time. 

Not too sure about f2p dooming Project L, I know some other fighters have tried and failed but if one company has the $$ to make it work it's probably Riot.

I was actually super surprised that they brought back Gief's weird leg counter from SFV. Hopefully it's actually a move now.

I really like that Cammy has the necksnap from the animated movie, that is actually super cool.

And wtf Zangief looks amazing. That little point he does during his level 2 before he slams you? I just love how they injected more WWE into his animations, he's never looked better imo.

And Lily looks really cool too, getting mad Rashid of Mexico vibes tho...
