Which others? The only 2D fighter with a semi-realistic style is Mortal Kombat. And while its characters look ok when idle, they look absolutely goofy when moving around. Wouldn't call that doing it better, it's a similar problem on the same spectrum, but on the other side of the coin.

The reason why they always had these big hand and feet, if you want to believe them that is, was for gameplay reasons.
because it would be easier to see them that way.

No other company has done this, somehow you could identify a fist as a fist, even if it wasn't 3x the size of what it should be.

Now the problem with Chun is neither the hand nor the feet, it's the pose as a whole. It looks bad the way it is now, there is no problem with the model, since it's completly fine outside of her idle pose.

Needs tweaking of the Pose, not much more.

Also I think SNK did a better transition to 3D than SF did, they made a prototype and then made KoFXV.

    Also Samsho.

Also since when is SF Semi-realistic?

This hilarious for multiple reasons. They already gender flipped Chang Koehan and female Chang was really short. Female Choi looks to be regular height. So they'll have opposite genders and opposite height dynamics 🤣

They also have female Geese in KoF All Stars.
honestly making waifus out of their male characters was predictabo!

Snake Eyez on stream right now going absolutely scorched earth on SFV, saying anime games have shit neutral and that SF4 was the last good SF lmao!!!

Hes also not impressed with SF6. He thinks it’s still gonna be people spazzing out like in SFV. My man is seething hahahaaa

The man never played Neutral in his life then.

Whats great about anime Neutral is usually it is fast paced and you can use the air a lot more.

It's more dynamic than the standard SF Neutral

Basically. Had to sit through a conversation about how DNF, which has no C and D button, should use ABCD when writing notation for the game.  Its banality at its finest.

Using ABCD makes sense. A lot even.

Despite what everyone says the C Button is just a glorified heavy Button at the end of the day.

And if you treat the MP Skills like Drive Moves, you have D and honestly since the MP Moves all work with the characters core mechanic they are basically like Drives at the end of the day.

So yeah ABCD is a good idea, it makes sense and should be the standard.
