I don't want to navigate all the bs of a f2p game. Just sell me the regular copy and milk me every year for a season pass. I'm good with that.
Ah I would be careful, they basically have everything for that already in SFV.
Fight Money, that very slowly accumulates to unlock stuff.
Lootboxes
They also wanted to put in a Premium currency early on.
There is no saying that they wont put any of this into 6, in fact we have no clue if the game will be full price or F2P at this point.
We will see in the future.

Well but, in a F2P Game, you can build in a lot more traps to drain peoples money.
As a F2P expert, despite me giving 15€ each month for FFXIV, I can spot and move around these holes quiet well.Ha, maybe they add a Gacha System to the whole thing.

But as illustrator/graphic i understand how character design works (as a SF fan particular well SF/Capcom one), if you want talk about character design you're welcome
You do?
Well then, You certainly can tell me a lot about a character you don't know anything of, just by analysing their design.
Start talking

Surely bunch of female char players are dat pillow hugging crowd, but i fully believe many just like the char, the moveset , speedy/combo characters, the playstyle, like just use a puppet with big tits and list can go on
There have been body Pillows of Male characters as much as of female ones.
Heck have you seen the ones of Sol? That made me question things.
What the fuck are you smoking dude. You really a character designer?

When i encountered him first in the character thread acting like a fashion police or something to others in a SFV character thread he dismisses everyone with female wishlist that they wanted females because of having v@gina.
When I was saying many disliked EL Fuerte because of the gameplay, he tries to counter my point that it why people dislike EL Fuerte because he has no v@g!na. lol
I still could dig that post haha
Don't dig the post.
Reading this, if it is true what it probably is, I don't even want to see it.
Sounds like the type of guy who would ragemail you, because you didn't play someone he approves. Yikes

I actually reinstalled SFV this afternoon.
I'm pretty sure I've seen Luke's story on a generic military movie.
I actually thought for a moment my glasses were broken, seeing you in a FG was a real shock to me

So they essentialy want to turn SF into a Pseudo MMO.
Not against that idea tbh. Battle Hub can never be as bad as Strives Lobby System..... or can it? We will see!

I love how the moves are shown in a video, like DMCV
So SF is now DMC
I heard the Neutral in that game ain't that great, but you get super long combos.
Not sure if it's balanced without Burst or Combobreaker tho.

So my FC (Guild) in FF has set up a Minecraft Server and it's the first time in my life playing Minecraft.
Should have done this earlier, it is very calming to just punch trees to make a house and then hit Rocks to get to the next level.
Also I can have a farm full of fluffy, cuddly sheep! Thats my goal!

It lasts a long-ass time if you don't go for the stun or if they're not actively regaining drive by hitting you.
DNF low-meter burns also extend the lockdown period for your meter iirc, so if SF6 does the same, it could be even worse if people get too careless with it.
I just remembered, blocking chips drive instead of health in this game, right? The only footage of chip kills in this game was explicitly shown to have a character enter burnout before getting chipped. Does that mean that there are no chip kills without burnout?
Take notes @Mr.Cipherthat's how you bait people.
As for a legit take on the subject, the examples you mentioned aren't exactly similar. Drive Gauge is more similar to DNF's super meter and SFIV's EX meter than a power-up/install meter. I mentioned SFIV in particular because of the Ultra gauge used exclusively for Ultras.
Having access to an EX move in SF without the minimum meter for it is unprecedented, and as DNF showed us as early as in the first beta, people can and will go nuts with that.
tbh baiting Pertho is easier than baiting FF7 and 3S player.
He jumps on everything.

Perhaps I am on the few minority that still enjoys playing games locally rather than online, hence why I don't usually care when certain smaller games that I know I will be playing with few friends don't have good online.
It still sucks, and It will be great if more remakes/re releases added good netcode, like SNK, Capcom and ASW have done with older games, but TBH, I never expected this game to add rollback,
Not everyone has the luxury or the luck of a local scene.
Bad Netcodes were more excuseable before CoVid happend and Delay Netcode became an insult.
For a lot of people good Netplay will end with make or break.
What sucks a bit since I really can't get my ass to play GBVS online again, without getting vietnam flashbacks of the last matches I had, which were really bad, despite me usually having no problems on delay inside of the EU

On another note, I finaly got around and finished Yakuza Like a Dragon.
The game was great overall.
Great Story, I liked the cast, gameplay was good..... once it got going , it's a little to slow in the beginning, but it gets better over time.
I liked all the references to classic JRPGs and also the ridicoulis explanation why the game is now turn based.Overall good game, was worth the money!
Also I heard Persona 5 is coming to PC, took them long enough.

Ah great just frame moves for the sake of adding artificial difficulty.
There is no way in hell that could ever go wrong, that never went wrong, it has always been a good idea to implement stuff like this.

How was SFV like in the betas, before they started nerfing stuff?
I wasn't following the game at the time to know how it was like and how it changed.
Well Beta 1 to beta 2 had like 2 pages worth of nerfs.
That continued until the game launched.
And then they keep'd nerfing stuff all the time, because they learned their lesson of buffs being better than nerfs.- mykka, Bigtochiro, Doctrine_Dark and 2 others

You can definitely see that they're not half-arsing this. No matter how this eventually turns out and whether people will like it or not, there's a lot of heart and effort going into this game.
Let's just hope there's no decision making suit up at Capcom who's going to ruin this with some ridiculous games-as-a-service approved business model. But looking at RE and Monster hunter and whatnot I think we can all look forward to this optimistically.
Doing more than the bare minimum is expected.
They had 6 years of half-assing and getting by trough eSports, they gotta step up now if they don't want to become the laughing stock..... sorry if they don't want to stay the laughíng stock.

Capcom games have largely been system games. SF5 is the big departure from it. Now they are going back to an older styled game.
Acting like it's copying ArcSys is just a tired trope at this point.
Ok, Grandpa we are almost back at your room.

Oh, be quiet. You do the same.
Yes, but I do so because I think it's a good thing.
They seem to see it as an insult or something. What is weird, since I am not looking negative at SFVI this far.
I still want much more informations tho.

I wouldn't call SFV ugly as a whole, but it certainly has.... things that should be put into a Horror Game instead.
