I read a theory that the reason why most of the white rabbit sections are when Belair/Asuka/Bliss are on is Bray wanting to take revenge on Bliss. I think it's cool how these parts are engaging but I think expectations are way too high for who the character might be in the end. I'd laugh at the shit show if it's revealed to be Carmella.

What I meant with Variants=LMD is the way they could be used, not that they're the same thing.

In comics we've had LMDs of Steve Rogers, in the MCU you could say "he's back all young and sexy, but he's a Variant" mostly because AoS already used the LMD concept and Feige doesn't strike me as the guy to reuse that idea.

The MK director said Cole was a way to insert the viewer and I really hate when Hollywood does this shit. MK is so lore heavy you could've basically started during the tournament and just explain things via quick flashbacks, no need for unnecessary characters.
