The best character select theme ever created.

Kano sucks because unless you can outguess people every time his offense isn't that good. Compared to a lot of other characters he's very weak and a lot of his tools to get in are quite unsafe. Basically I gamble all day and hope to frustrate you. If I was smart I'd pick another character but I'm lazy and command grabs are fun.

I think you can counteract the rotating effect with a few other lines going at an angle. If you do that it should be tight in every direction.

It's called a tensegrity table. As @beesuitmentioned the key is the middle chain on each side. The middle chain is where the magic is happening. The middle chain is trying to pull the two halves of the table closer to each other, but the side chains are a fixed length. The two sets of forces pull on the table in opposite ways and you end up with a stable surface that looks like it's floating. It's pretty neat. 👍

I play with 6 buttons. This is my control scheme: 1P = 1 2P = 2 3P = throw 1K = 3 2K = 4 3K = block Make sure you have button shortcuts on. That means that you can perform ex with 1P+2P, and you can do super by hitting 1K + 2K + 3K. Haven't had any issues with this setup!

I'm practicing while it patches. Should be enough to get me doing the basics. 👍

smh. I tried to find it online and everyone just says that button shortcuts exist -- nobody is actually listing them. 😤 Take your time. Patch not gonna finish DLing for another 15 mins.

What are the button shortcuts in this game? I know one of them is SF-style throw w/ 1+3. But I don't see what the others are?

I'm free almost every day. The really challenge is making sure I'm being productive instead of playing games all day. 🙃

You just run it. There isn't anything you have to do. The community version has a custom launcher called CCCaster. You can enter training mode, play online/offline, configure controls, check your game records and stats, etc. all within the launcher. If people have trouble with this I can create a guide but it's pretty straight-forward.

Around what time? I need to relearn how to play the game between now and then.

I don't care what they do as long as there's some sense of continuity. So annoying to be reading a story in issue #4 when all of a sudden issue #5 has the characters in a different time, different place, and in the middle of a multi-series event. Marvel and DC actively punish you for reading a single series. Not only that, but you never know when a series will simply be canceled in the middle of a storyline. Everything about cross-overs, relaunches, and cancellations is messy and confusing.

Yes, it was very very good. Marvel should do more stand-alone stuff like this and less events/crossovers. Comics desperately need some simplification and time to write proper stories that don't get suffocated by constant events.
