  1. I don't think men will ever stop being thirsty, so I think women only make those videos to throw bait out. I think I know maybe 3 unmarried men my age. And most men are still really insecure and quick to attack each other over female validation.
  2. Professor Oak is about to start asking, and then Nintendo gets cancelled.
  3. I don't really get why anybody in a Western, developed country would be angry to have a daughter. I'd think you'd prefer a daughter. It's not like you need farmhands to work the property these days or pass on the family trade. People always want to insist women have it really hard in the West but they get most of the academic and healthcare resources spent on them, which is great obviously, and tend to have better incomes and careers nowadays. Women make up most college graduates and professionals these days. Sure it was different 50 years ago and Boomers still skew male oriented, but that was a long time ago. I don't know any women under 35 that aren't doing really, really well, while I do know a lot of men under that age that are struggling. I'd prefer daughters and then to take advantage of every opportunity for them.
  4. I started playing a VN called Doki Doki Literature Club. Cool slice of life waifu sim.
  5. Man it's not that serious. These dudes don't respect women and don't actually simp at home, they're just playing it up for the sponsors and cash. When it comes down to it, every dominant man can and will slap his woman around if she gets out of line. How many politicians and pro athletes and Wall St. execs and Hollywood execs and actors need to be caught doing that type of stuff before regular simp men figure out it's just BS being fed to them and not reality? Privately Gabrielle Union literally eats Wade's ass. You think that's a woman that for a second thinks she's in charge?
  6. How has the reaction been for Kentaro Miura's passing?
  7. Yep we're old. It's getting to the point that even XB360 and PS3 are going to be considered "retro" consoles. Time moved on. Sometimes I wonder how SRK would have been today. Would we have had a ton of content creators and social media personalities? lol. How many people would have tried FGs as a career, instead of as a hobby to move on from as time went on? It's crazy how many people today just rely on SF or streaming to make a living. I mean good for them that they can do it, but it looks so unreliable and unlikely to me.
  8. There's a way to reduce load time in this game? The load times are insane. Probably the most annoying thing about this game.
  9. lol there were actually people that didn't think Cammy was going to get nerfed 😂
  10. Haha it's true I just jumped onto V. It's a good game though I think. At this point in my life though I'm not sure I can actually learn a new char. Ryu I can only use from legacy knowledge/play. Sure he has some new things but man is he a comfortable char to use if you played in the past. If that never changes, I'll always have Ryu in any SF. Rashid's cool and flashy, dunno if I can ever use him decently though. My old man hands are a bit too slow for a lot of his stuff, and you can't teach an old dog new tricks anyway. I'm glad you are doing well though. You sound in a way better place than before.
  11. They really need to nerf Cammy. I say this as someone that uses Cammy. I'd rather she be nerfed for the good of the game.
  12. I've been playing around with Rashid. I suck with him, I don't have the 25 years of exp that I do with Ryu, so I actually have to learn him. It's not going good at all. But, I like how stylish he is. And I know he's top tier. So if I do get good I bet the ceiling is higher with him. But it's actually kinda sad how horrifically bad I am with him.
  13. Please don't tell me you're a scalper. I'd lose every bit of respect and goodwill I have towards you. Like I'd legit hate you.
  14. Got this game about 3 weeks ago. Finally managed to get to gold tonight. It was a struggle, I'm a washed up scrub. Back to retirement for me.
  15. I'm surprised this didn't already exist. I'm not surprised beesuit is the one that made it though.
  16. This is very true, as is the other stuff you've posted in that post and a previous post. I just don't see the point of arguing with people though so I usually don't bother even posting a +1 like this most of the time.
  17. Sony is pretty good. But in that range, I think you can get an Audio-Technica AD-700 or 900X, and then just add a cheap condenser mic or snap-on if you need it.
  18. Depends what you're interested in. If you want cheap, good looking and functional, generally you can't go wrong with steel and glass. I use a cheap tempered black glass and steal desk myself. You can find them around $50-150 on Amazon. Steel is fairly light and strong so is easy to ship and move---glass is a bit heavy but it's only used for the top and you'll probably be okay. Construction is a snap, you're just screwing steel beams together. If you want a traditional wood desk though, you should be prepared to pay a lot more, because cheap wood is pretty bad, and good wood is all expensive and very heavy. I would at the least go to an Ikea if I wanted wood furniture so I could see it in person and if there was a problem get replacement parts or return it. I used a cheap Walmart desk when I was broke in my early-20s. It exploded on me and was rickety the entire time as well. I would have been better getting the steel and glass cheap desk I have now at home back then though. Consider an L shape if you need more desk real estate. Use a tape measure to get a general idea of what you're looking for. Also if you want something with drawers, that's going to cost more. I suggest just getting a regular desk and then using separate storage containers or a cabinet to store things in, rather than trying to get the drawers on the desk. Keyboard rollouts also are not really worth it IMO. The more extra stuff you want, the more expensive it will be, and the worse it becomes when you try to get something cheap. A simple flat top desk with nothing else though, again, glass and steel, you can get something cheap that will last pretty much forever.
  19. They have plenty of new games, especially indies. They don't have usually the newer Jap games, since Jap devs love DRM. They just released CP2077 a couple of months ago, and aside from that I know a few other major releases were on there, for games I don't really have interest in. Since most of the games I play now are indies or AA releases, and I also like to wait a few months for a sale and for devs to actually fix their games, GOG is my go to store. I have some 70 or so games on there, probably 100+ with the freebies they give that I just hide. Steam I have probably a dozen and almost never log on now and haven't since I last played DQXI. Again I only would ever use Steam for stuff that won't have a GOG release or for say a fighting game that needs strong MP support. But most people seem to be using Epic store a lot now too. And when I see a GOG release of a game I already own, usually I'll get it off GOG, like FO3 and FNV which have better GOG releases since they're updated and maintained for newer OS'.
  20. This is unpopular? For any single player game I don't understand why people wouldn't use GOG. I prefer GOG. DRM free and in general just better releases. Steam is for multiplayer and stuff that won't be on GOG that you might tolerate DRM for because you love it so much, like DQXI for me.
