Ok, I finished the Stellar Blade demo... yeahhhhh baby this is good stuff.  It's as good as bought day 1, easy.  There's a cool first boss encounter to end the demo; when you kill that thing it immediately goes into a flashy montage of the action to be expected here.
 
I'm liking the parrying and "blink" ability a little more as my defensive option... the "blink" is a thing of beauty.
 
On the TnA front---imagine what would be possible if/when this hits PC and the modders work their magic.  

 
 

Growing up in the South, I'm fully aware of why their needed to be groups for black people to congregate because we were being excluded. The neighboring county to where my mom went to school shut down their public schools for 5 years rather than integrate. That said, some of these groups seem to have lost the plot. Getting together to shit on other groups of people isn't a good look and simply propagating the same behavior that led to their needing to be "black only" groups in the first place. This isn't exclusive to the gaming space. Somewhere along the line a lot groups have lost the plot and have shifted from uplifting their members to denigrating other groups. Which frankly is making things worse. Things are worse now than 20 years ago.
 
Side note: I'm curious to hear what everyone else's experience was like growing up in "geek culture". I can't speak for anyone else, which is why I'm curious. In my experience we, geeks/nerds, were the group getting shitted on by others. Black/white or male/female wasn't any issue for us. Which were just happy to hang with other people that didn't give us grief for gaming, comics, anime, or being into sci fi. I've heard people say that some time "gatekeeping" is a good thing. When I was younger I would have disagreed vehemently. However seeing what's happened to geek culture, I see their point. 

That whole BGG thing would be puzzling to me if it wasn't plain what these people are up to. They want it to not exist, for... reasons.

It's so annoying to constantly see these fucking chuds of all types talk that "bootstrap" and "get your own X" shit, but the minute someone does that, they're crying about not being included somehow.

If you guys were more about thinking  than feeling with your emotions, you'd understand the actual context of my words. My words have very deep meanings to it; It's more of a reflection of the leftist views than it is with race.

If we could all see each other, the moment you see me as a black guy the less my posts on race seem bad. You know it.  You guys have got to realize, most problems have solutions that you do not like to hear, however leftist views has really damaged American society. No one is objective, no one tackles the actual problem.
 
The left is destroying blacks more than you realize. I mean, just take a look at what is going on in the media now.   I just came browsing through some random video posts on social media and an audio clip of Puffy and meek mill just auto played and I can't unhear this shit. First, the left destroyed black music by supporting untalented and stupid fake music stars but they destroyed the reputation of the hood now. 

After Elden Ring DLC  and Ghost of Sushi they'll get to putting Bloodborne on PC.  Shit, Bloodborne is the last game from PS4/5 library that I want and since It's just a souls type game I'm not too concerned if it doesn't ever come to PC...but I'm sure it will.

Damnation, I like to get a pizza slice or chicken bake on occasion if I am near a Costco

I only played it like a year ago but I did it fast and skipped story stuff a lot.  It's a really pretty game and I'm having more fun this time I think.  Im not even that far into it yet either.

I checked it out today.  Its actually pretty easy to setup and play.  I played training mode for 5 minutes just fine.

Took my kid to the trampoline house today and decided I wanted to jump like Mario. Big mistake.  My soon-to-be 44-year-old ass took a beating.  EVERYTHING hurts right now.  Feel like I got hit by a truck.

I played it when FC2 was new.  It was a hassle and it crashed a few times I think.  I do play A3 there rarely.

BG3-- another dark deed is done... the butler Sceleritas told me of a young cleric woman that should be killed....I went to that Last Light Inn where she was and happily obliged with that "dark urge" there.  Another "True Soul" was there at the behest of General Thorm, but the order was apparently to take her alive... unfortunately clashing with my goals, obviously.  Heh, yeah she didn't survive when shit hit the fan; I made sure of that.... 
 
...Jaheira gets pissed as well but has to help fight off all kinds of enemies that show up later...heh heh, I made sure she had an unfortunate "accident" amidst the chaos of the ensuing battle as well....when it was all over, she lay there half-naked in a pool of blood just like the others.  Nothing survived.  Unfortunate thing here is that this probably won't go over well with General Thorm, I bet....probably should've killed that other "true soul" that was sent by him so I could just lie about it all later... whatever the case, oh yeah the reward I just got was worth the trouble....I am now even more of a monster with this new power.
