Sonic fanbase is split. Sonic has been running for so long there's a generational divide. Got people in classic, adventure and modern camps when it comes to Sonic. The adventure fans tend to be the most negative because they feel abandoned by Sega. Sonic Team likes to pander to classic fans with games like Mania and throwing in classic Sonic whenever they can. Given how Adventure is 20 years old at this point you'll think Sega would throw these guys a bone. Personally I want to see a new game that makes use of Sonic's cast. The myth they made his games suck was always bullshit. We still got plenty shitty games that solely focused on him. A new Sonic Heroes, Sonic Advance 3 and Riders would be great.

Frontiers is looking bland. The world is empty and it didn't show anything that makes the world worth exploring. I'm not liking how slow Sonic moves. Needing to pick up momentum for speed is not something I can see myself liking. I didn't see a boost gauge so I'm presuming that got the axe for this game. There being puzzles is pretty cool. I will say nothing I saw looked awful but I will likely have to brace myself for mediocrity if this what the game will be.

It has promise. I want this game to be the cherry on top of the great year Sonic has been having.

I haven't been feeling this season of Young Justice. Mars arc was trash, The arc with Child was boring, Beast Boy going through depression was awful, New Gods story was meh. Zod is carrying this season and it's a shame it wasn't the focus of it
