BG3 - well I missed this on an earlier character... in the Goblin camp I noticed there was a prisoner they had....and there is an opportunity for you to help torture him. So yeah... my latest character engaged in torture tactics. Of course I saw the usual "Wyll disapproves." message pop up. 🤣

BG3 - man, I wish these bonuses were permanent... I found a Shar temple with statues, and each of them grants significant bonuses to certain stats....of course I had my warlock character get the Charisma one... so now he has 24 charisma at the moment. (level 6) Unfortunately, these "Dark Lady's Awareness" bonuses are only stated to last "until long rest". There was also a really cool battle just a while ago against some "shadow" enemies and shadow-cursed dead people... they had no chance, especially now with my honey Minthara in the crew, equipped with that legendary Blood of Lathander mace. It has a "radiant" damage effect, and the shadows (and I think enemies that are in the general "undead" category) take increased damage from radiant attacks. The last shadow got one-shotted from that shit.

so I heard someone mention that Thousand Year Blood War has been out on blu-ray....certainly wouldn't know that from going to stores here since the bastards are *all* trying their best to kill off physical media....so I looked it up and----this is 62 bucks and change....ehhhh that's just----I don't agree that an anime show on disc should cost that much, tbh: https://www.amazon.com/Bleach-Thousand-Year-Blood-War-Blu-ray/dp/B0CQN64NH7 ...and again it annoys the hell out of me that this is the new norm at this point... that to find a blu-ray of something from here on out, chances are you'd have to look it up online and order it (then wait for delivery... then hope some shit-head "porch pirates" don't steal it before you can get to it, btw...you also have to hope the package isn't fucked up at some point in the delivery as well)....instead of the good ol' days where I could casually just walk into any of several stores (Target, Walmart, Best Buy, Circuit City in the 90s, etc. etc.) that sell dvds and blu-rays (with HUGE sections to browse, btw, not just 1 goddamn half a shelf with only "new release" shit that came out in the past year...yeah this situation pisses me off the more I think about it), and buy something right then and there after browsing, and take it home. If I could just freeze things in that late 90s to early 2000s era then I'd love it to stay that way forever.

BG3- Ok yeah on another character "Gazoo" (warlock Gnome) with Wyll in the party----I see this probably won't last long; so many things I see the message "Wyll disapproves" 🤣 I just saved Sazaa so we're off to that goblin camp and we'll see how that turns out. I've already heard that sometimes characters end up just leaving your party. Of course... his fate will be sealed the moment that happens. Earlier we helped those 2 Tieflings murder Lae'zel, then I looted her clothes and everything so she lay there dead and half naked in a pool of blood...nice......then I turned around and killed the female Tiefling....we got a little 15 exp for that. The dude was too far off in the distance so he got away.

"but wait, there's MORE!" The saga continues... *I just checked SteamDB charts myself to see the numbers... it's about 834 playing right now. *hmm... some new character names just came to mind that I must create later, perhaps in BG3 or Skyrim or something---Fartan the Foul... and the Poon Goon...

This already looks like it shits on Diablo 4 easily, imo.... right off the bat it's actually playable offline... which is sadly a surprising thing these days. Also, it appears to be the superior choice in terms of skills/abilities, and class choices as well..... Warlock, Necromancer AND Lich are on the table as things you can be, folks.

haha, as if any game companies want anything to do with that "super disc". Vast majority of them want us all to own absolutely nothing and like it. BG3--- at this point I may have to actually jot down some notes... there's so much going on and I may have taken on too many quests at one time with this latest character Julian I've been playing. *Oh, another awesome thing about hitting level 5 (thinking of my other character for a minute)----a warlock gets a 2nd eldritch blast per attack/action! That in addition to having that monstrous "Hunger of Hadar" spell available is obviously a big deal.

BG3- the choices even on level-up are just tough sometimes... too good...so with this other character I've been playing... Julian the Warlock... I just hit level 4 after that hellish fight against a pack of gnolls by a cave. Since Wyll is in the crew that was a good way to experiment with different warlock options here... for Wyll I took "Ritual Caster" which lets you cast 2 spells outside combat without using up a spell slot...picked Speak with the Dead and another thing I forgot about already. For my character Julian I just went with "ability improvement" and got 2 points to charisma so now he's already up with 19 points in that. Recently I also did some sidequest where that village was on fire, so I got that charged staff which adds lightning charges occasionally to attacks....now, this added lightning charge to the damage of Eldritch Blast is in addition to the necrotic damage from the "Hex" if I use that....*and* this is the real deal E.Blast with the "agonizing" and "repelling" effect on. Oh yeah this warlock is about to be a real monster, big time.

Yeah, in the "famous pawg" category, Scarlet and Hilary Duff are the top ranks that come to mind right away...and Bryce Dallas Howard (though she has this annoying habit of dressing "frumpy" in most pictures I've seen). I remember renting that movie Lost In Translation *only* for the panty scene. (*even if it's not actually her that is an incredible panty/ass scene....but if I recall it actually was her and not a body-double) *That woman kicking the kennels in the video---- I'm betting zero consequences....apparently she still hasn't been found yet and has done it before. I'd love to see her run up on the wrong people one day....just randomly slap someone who goes off and stomps her dumb ass out right there immediately. That's the lesson a person is supposed to learn for doing shit like that, in addition to possible legal consequences. Imagine if a guy just randomly slapped and spat on anyone else while walking out... he'd probably get jumped in the next 2 seconds, especially if the victim was a random woman.

I've been interested in what I've seen and played (a friend's copy) of Evil West so yeah I intend to get that one... I think it runs on Steam Deck so of course I'm getting it there. BG3 - I went back to my Tiefling warlock "Julian", who was still a fresh character ....moving the story along here to get to that delicious moment where he will betray his own people. Heh, that's going to be so so good....yes yes...

Oh yeah, Tannis is one of the absolute hottest girls in the Borderlands franchise. JLC from the late 80s to early 90s would've been understandable....but as much as most fans love her, the woman is an older lady at this point; the reality is she looks like Tannis' mother or even grandmother now. oof, I'm already wondering what kind of disastrous results that Borderlands movie will get at the box office. It doesn't look quite as awful as I was expecting, but still that's some weird casting decisions going on there; particularly in pint-sized Kevin Hart as Roland and Jaime Lee Curtis as Tannis. ...also---no Mordecai or Brick??? It looks like the main group being focused on here is Lilith, Roland, Tina, Tannis and Claptrap.

Oh yeah I'm into act 2 for real now, actually... made it to Moonrise Towers... so many cool things have happened now, and my warlock is level 6. I have now met with General Thorm... goddamn what an entrance:

man, I'm up to around 50-ish hours on ps5 Baldur's Gate at this point, maybe more...still just now getting to the act 2 area, and I've only played with 2 character classes, warlock and sorcerer. The next one I try will probably be paladin if not wizard. It's tough to stop making new characters and focus on one for a while though; there's always new character ideas popping up in my imagination on a regular basis. **The one thing I really want added though is a transmog customization option. That should've become the standard in gaming already. It would make me even more addicted to this game. That kind of customization also naturally removes the problem we get when clothing and armor items have stats.... when there is no transmog/customization, then all characters eventually look the same when you go for whatever the optimal stats/build is. It's always better to swap the appearance of those items so your character can have whatever "style" you want it to have regardless of stats. My friend got the game as well (he also recently joined the Steam Deck master race), but it's frustrating to not be able to discuss adventures since everything significant of course will be a spoiler.

I am not even a fan of this game but this got a laugh out of me.... also proof that multiplayer situations in a "hardcore" mode... with people you don't know isn't the best idea

BG3 - the battle earlier against the druids put that sinister idea into my imagination... a combo of another "area hazard" type of spell (like maybe Darkness or that one that summons plant growth) on top of Hunger of Hadar is going to be completely insane once I set that up. I made it through the rest of that palace... I played this game from afternoon to late night yesterday....probably should've stopped at certain points just to reflect on things....so many cool moments happened in those adventures. One point had the opportunity for my warlock character to invoke his patron! Also I found the Gith "egg" to take back to some old lady.... I did a bit of back and forth there with saves to see whether it was worth it to just complete the quest or kill the old woman. She gives 75 exp (easy kill since she's alone)... but if you complete the quest the payout is 230-something gold. I stuck with the option of just giving her the egg to get that sweet gold payout. In the palace area, Hunger of Hadar was once again just crushing them....seems best to cast at a distance but of course most of it between us and the enemies, so they face the problem of needing to go through the darkened area trying to get close enough to attack. Sometimes enemies can successfully "super jump" out of it; that seems silly to me but I guess otherwise the spell is that much more OP.....but even still, there's the ways of knocking them right back in there. Anyway, yeah---at level 5 if you're a warlock----Hunger of Hadar is THE main thing to get.

BG3---so I'm in this palace looking area with lots of the Githyanki... On my way out, another room had quite a few in there, but they stood no chance against the power of that "Hunger of Hadar" spell. Some of them barely got a chance to do anything about it, other than trying to leave that darkness.....this is one of the coolest spells I've ever had fun with in an rpg... every time they take a turn doing anything...they take damage. Some of them never made it out of the darkness. ha, all that's left is smoldering dead bodies... some are corroded with the acid damage. The power of the Darkness will break them all. ooh, there's a "nautiloid" tank in this next room...so probably an illithid tadpole I could absorb, perhaps... more power, yes.... hell yeah this room is a goldmine! There was at least 4 or 5 tadpoles in here... I let Astarion have 1 but my main character took the rest; now I have the amazing "Cull the Weak" passive.

yes yessss that's exactly why the mechanical bull-ride was invented. Oh yes I recorded that clip. Oh yeah that other post also reminded me there was a woman on social media recently going on about how being on time for things was a product of "white supremacy" as well. As I've said before, I love that the "hotep" types out there exist....similar to the flat-earth believers, it's always fun to laugh about whatever nonsense they're saying lately. I don't think some people are aware that there are indeed people out there that are like Martin Lawrence's character in Boomerang, that make *everything* out to be racist or some element of "white supremacy".

I'm hoping the plan for BlazBlue Entropy Effect is eventually to add most or all of the Blaz Blue cast to it... this is pretty damn great, imo...because since fighting games are mostly focused on having a big cast of cool characters, adding that to another genre like sidescrolling action/roguelike makes for one hell of a good concept that appeals to me. Currently, I started with Jin Kisaragi as my first unlocked character....and Hakumen will likely be my next one.
