Hey stranger! I'm doing really well; have remained on the SFV grind haha just kinda faded out social-media wise. But I'm back to relish in the collective SF6 hype! How are you? 

Well, that and jabs to mediums were universal in beta 1 right? Kind of wild in retrospect Chun-Li got to keep that lol but I'm glad she did.

At this point in SFV Juri is really good. Assuming Capcom doesn't totally rework her again for 6, they probably have a clearer direction for her gameplay this time.

I'm a sucker for a good funky beat so I like Ryu's new theme. The fact it doesn't fit his character didn't cross my mind.

MK Battle damage was gross AF.

I don't know if this was mentioned before but i'm surprised that they added blood back to the game after so long.
 
Look at Guile after the fight, he has bruises on his face, a black eye and blood. 
 

 

Really interested in seeing what the plot will be for SF6. As Guile's bio says, "new battlefields await him". 
 
I can only imagine what those battlefields are. Shadaloo is gone now, so I'm guessing whatever it is has to be significant. Especially if it's drawing him away from his family again.
 

No, Gouken's style utilizes SnH as a catalyst, we know this from the description of the Denjin Hadouken that both Gouken and Ryu have mastered.

In order for Gouken or Ryu to have mastered that move they must have complete control of SnH through their mastery of MnK. If they were overcome by SnH then they can't use this particular move or any of its variants.
 
The key to mastering the Denjin mode is overcoming the SnH which Ryu's bio states has occurred in SF6. So yes, Ryu (and Gouken) utilize SnH in a way that changes its nature from negative to positive. When you see a visualization of SnH it is legitimate SnH for a time until it is sublimated through Mu. SF6 Ryu is akin to SFV side story Oro in how he states he can utilize an imitation of SnH.  It's not really an "imitation" as Oro states, it's just that Oro in his age and experience has complete mastery over all aspects of his ki so both Yin and Yang (- & +). SnH is inherently Yin so he can muster a whole bunch of that and then instantly negate it through Mu. Mu is neither positive or negative it's literally 0.

Same, forever. I hate mine (chosen when SRK was in lockdown mode when I just lurked) so I think if I keep the same AV and a similarish but not as twatty username, it'd be cool

Knowing that just frames is in the game viper would be a good character to add. Imagine all the crazy shit she'll be able to do with faint cancels and just frame seismo.
