I still play maybe every other weekend or so with friends. Playing vs strangers has always left me unreasonably stressed so I quit ranked hard once I hit gold and got the trophy for the PlayStation platinum. I still enjoy it a lot, especially with Rose in her current state, and I'd be down to play folks here. I've never had the connection issues I see some people rage about so often, excluding the occasional Mexican Ken player you run into.

I've been making steady progress with Kolin. My goal was to get to master before SF6 dropped and I've got 6 months to do it. But I ended up reaching a point to where what I needed to learn wasn't as obvious as get meaties down or to make sure you finish that combo. Once you make it to Diamond everything is so situational and because the ranks are super compressed in Diamond you end up running into sweats and evo top 32 players and it gets really fucking frustrating. There's a Cammy player I'm sorta friends with on CFN, recently he broke pass his mental block and went on a tear getting really close to Ultra Diamond after like 3 years of being stuck. He's been a driving force to motivate me to take in what I'm doing in matches more seriously. I also stream snipe allot or run into people like Pilipinoman in rank and he gave me props for being a solid Kolin despite me thinking I'm shit. For the last 3 years now I've been stuck between 19000 LP and 20100 LP. Maybe getting higher by a few hundred points or lower by a few hundred. But recently I've been pushing past my old knowledge checks and maintaining  a more consistent play style. I really believe I can do this. I just gotta focus my efforts. 
 
Also if anyone here mains Nash hardcore and is west coast I would love to play you. That MU is cancer for Kolin I feel. I need help. This one UGM Nash has my fucking number lol
