The fact that Gay Christian Sonic Porn is a thing 

One of my co-workers had a high school classmate that got suspended upon being caught beating his meat to sonic porn in the school library. It seems that the extremes of the sonic fanbase get a bit more weird than most.

i have come to realize from this conversation that i am generally easily pleased by platformers maybe my inherent short man instincts yearn to climb and jump over shit. like i don't think i have ever finished like any platformer and like thought it was trash. 
 
i didn't know people hated mario sunshine till the hd version got announced.

i think the original sonic games shine more on replays because when you first start your gonna want to go fast but that's gonna get you killed as counterintuitive as that sounds but the more you play them and memorize the level layout and stuff the faster you can go and the more enjoyable the games become.
 
also i really like sonic adventure 2 even tho i know its pretty bad but c'mon people i gotta escape from the city and  follow my rainbow.
 
and finally sonic 06 is sonic adventure 3 people don't want to admit it kinda like type moon fans won't admit there was a tsukihime anime.

yea i played azure on the kinda jank english patch that was already out since i grew up playing 90's translations it wasn't anything i couldn't handle.

@HawkingbirdI finally beat Cold Steel 1. Really good game man. I wanted to run back through it on New Game + but I have to do that at later date. I have Cold Stee II and III in my library. I refuse to be Cold Steel IV, unless there is really good sale, before I finish at the first two games. Plan on buying once I start on 3. 
 
Side note: I noticed a weird commonality between Cold Steel and Trails of the Sky.  It's not a major story spoiler but I still tag it.
 

i think that's about all my hand's can take of the guilty gear beta i should've just downloaded the ps4 version so i could play with a different controller but oh well i guess.
 
i went in a pot player but came out a chipp main they are both hilarious to use when your learning a game i never even touched chipp before this game but holy shit is he effective at enty level nobody was blocking anything i did i was having the time of my life.
 
that being said i think everything about this game that doesn't involve fighting someone sucks and i'm not even sure how the fighting part is gonna look in 6 months. but ive already became a part of the fighting game consumer cycle so they got me until melty blood or an interesting granblue character comes out.

Yeah, Duel Sense made my hands hurt after playing the GG beta for a while. Never had a controller cause me that much discomfort before.

you know guys ive been playing a lot of old games lately trying to clean up my backlog and i have recently started to wonder how many continuities have been fucked up by mistranslations and shit.
 
like the final boss of breath of fire 1 and 3 is the same person but some people argue its not because of the translation even tho the title screen of 3 is a mural of the party 1st game fighting  the final boss.
 
same with wild arms 3 a nigga from the 1st game shows up has the exact same weapon and attacks but has a different name so a bunch of people just thought it was an entirely different person.
