  1. Great game.  I still dont get how the looping works.  How to force it to loop instead of taking you to the last boss.  Like, I guess in that place with that big ugly slug you have to use your super coins to pick a level.  Im not sure though.

  2. You know what I've noticed a lot lately on Steam?  Mobile games getting ported to PC.  Some are actually fun.  But that's not what really matters to me.  The thing is, I'm impressed with how far mobile games have come since I last paid them any attention.  I still don't like touch controls but phone games seem to be getting more...legit?

I checked this game out a bit.

Its fun.  Its a bit tough controlling the car but that's just cause I haven't gotten the hang of it yet.  It seems like a fun game to waste 15 or 20 minutes if you need.

  3. Word, we just had to upgrade our service to unlimited data cause I went over the cap and it cost 60 bucks every 10gb you go over the cap.  So, kinda force us to pay the extra 10 bucks to avoid the possible 60+ every now and then.  The cap is 2TB for comcast.  I'm certain many a folk will be hitting that cap with the way games are going.  They just keep getting bigger and bigger in size.

  4. The first ape escape was cool.  It was one of the first games (or was the first game) to use both analog sticks on the controller for shits.  I duuno, something like that.  But that was in like '99 or '00.  No other ape escape was as good as the first.  In fact they mostly sucked.  I've tried to play Gravity Rush a dozen times but the game is just boring as all fuck.  Its pretty and its neat being able to fly around and control the chick for a bit but when that wears off the game is boring.  Best games in recent memory from them are the LocoRoco games, Patapon and SotC, imo.

I can see how they're not making a big enough profit to keep around.  Or at least not have so many projects.

  5. I dunno if I care or not about online only.  I pirate shit so if it gets taken offline I'll still be able to access it.  Course, I have played a couple mmos in an empty world and its not so fun.  But still, they usually last long enough for me to get my enjoyment out of.  And now lots of games have shit that I can play online still.  Like that Tarkov game I'm playing.  I think its online only but folk at one of my pirate sites already have private servers and shit for it.  Not easy to use or find players but can still play the game even if the dev/company/whoever goes under.  So, I know that, even if that game gets taken offline someday, I'll still be able to play it.

Thing is though, games that do get taken down eventually...I got my use out of.  Like Scott Pilgrim.  Sure I was upset I couldnt play it anymore so I pirated it.  I only played one level in the game then went back to a more current game that I like better.  Man, only reason I even found out I couldnt download SP was cause some dude on srk was saying shit about how its gone and even if you bought it you cant download it.  I wanted to prove him wrong.  He was right.

Who picked up Persona 5 Strikers today and on what system?

I got it on PC.  Probably be a bit before I check it out though.  The little I saw of it it looked kinda cool and not turn based.  I only played one other Persona game and I didnt really care for it.

Edit - I finally tried out Immortals Fenyx Rising.  Its got a cool way of storytelling thats kinda funny.  Its fun.  Seems like BotW or Genshin Impact.

  7. I been playing a bit of Prodeus, Ion Furry, Ultra Kill and Doom Eternal.  All really fun games.

I don't know if y'all consider games like Ghostrunner and Elderborn fps games.  They're not traditional types cause you use a sword.  Elderborn controls like a normal fps but Ghostrunner doesn't. Ghostrunner is freakin' dope.  Elderborn is OK.

    I tried that one game...hold up...BPM.  I didn't care too much for it.  Wasn't feelin' a rhythm.

  8. I tried out Shattered and its aight.  Kinda boring so far.  I'm tired of games takin' a long time to get going.  I'm like 3 hours in and I've been doing the same thing the entire time.  I don't even understand the story shit I got from the few other characters Ive seen around.  The items...I have no idea what I'm suppose to do with them unless it auto uses them when the time is right.  Like if I have to activate something with an item or something.  The description of the items doesn't say what they do or if they even do anything.  Only thing I know for sure what its doing is the health potion thing.  I'll keep going cause I wanna see if this dudething with a little skeleton on his back gets cool powers.

  9. So, nintendo putting out new HD versions of old zelda games (zelda games that have HD version) on Switch?  I think its funny that this is one of their big things so they talk about it in those meetings or whatever it is you dorks like to watch.  Everyone knows some zeldas are gonna be remade for that shit.  Its like its not even news but folk still get hype.

You know what game I'd like to see remade for today?  L.A. Noire.  I dont think that will happen but it would be nice to play that game with today's graphics and shit.

Ima check out Shattered: Tale of the Forgotten King later.  It looks ok.

  10. I never played a Shenmue game.  They never appealed to me.  Im just recently trying out the Yakuza games.  Seems aight.

I tried this game called Valheim.  Man, I really just dont like crafting in games.  This shit is a survival crafting game.  I knew that going in but I figured I try it out anyway.  Its ok I suppose.  If you like that crafting shit you'd probably like this game.  Its third person style so thats nice.

veedotme on "Foregone"... this game is looking even better overall than I was expecting... I like what  I see about it so far; the action looks smooth...

I tried this game sometime last year and again a few months later.  It wasn't so good when I tried it out.  But they have done some work.  Her jump animation doesn't look stiff anymore.  I'll have to check it out again.
