    Hasbro to buy Power Rangers brand for $500 million

    Megazords, Transform and roll out!

    Hasbro has previously paid Saban Brands$22.25 million pursuant to the Power Rangers master toy license agreement, announced by the parties in February of 2018, that was scheduled to begin in 2019. Those amounts are being credited against the purchase price. Under the terms of the purchase agreement, Hasbro will pay an additional $229.75 million in cash and will issue $270 million worth of Hasbro common stock for the Power Rangers brand and several other entertainment brands. The agreement includes all related intellectual property, category rights and content libraries owned by Saban Properties and its affiliates. The transaction is subject to a number of customary closing conditions, including obtaining required regulatory approvals, and is expected to close during the second quarter of 2018.

    IF I had the Infinity Stones:  (theres so much too even post but...

     

    Resurrect some musicians that were taken too soon. (Bon Scott, Malcolm Young of AC/DC first !)

     

    Converse with some legendary folks : Stephen Hawking, Einstein, MLK, Gandhi, FDR,  Abe Lincoln

     

    Make Bayonetta 2/3 multiplatform

     

    Be married to Salma Hayek and have her pussy revert to a pre-pregnancy state after each kid pops out

     

    Travel to hard to reach wonders by teleportation ie Mt Everest, Outer space, etc

     

    Invent some sort of duplicating food source (rice) that replicates every 20 minutes under certain conditions and deliver it to impoverished foreign countries

     

    Replace certain politicians

     

    Replace Capcom of today with the 1990s employees and designers. their first game would be xmen vs Transformers which would become Marvel vsHasbro VsSERIES.  Time Warner would buy SNK so we can have DC VS SNK.  Batman and Terry Bogard to gether again!

     

    Have each police officer whos killed an innocent person undergo the penance stare from Ghost rider so that they never hurt anyone else (Minorities forever!)

     

    Have it so that your body could burn off fat even at rest. No diabetes/hypertension/MI/strokes!

     

    People with genetic diseases could have Ant man and geneticists perform DNA repair instantly after diagnosis

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    The Marvel comics and Mcu thread

    I saw it today.


     I like it and imo Dr.Strange was the MVP in this movie with Thor a close second.

    Even though I'm unfamiliar with Thanos and the infinity stones/Avengers stuff (mostly a x-men /spidey fan) I felt that it was good but not blow my socks off good.

     

    The action was great and the character interactions were nice esp Dr Strange/Tony and Thor/Rocket.
    Given the nature of the Gauntlet, I kinda had a rough idea of the ending and was mostly correct.
    Maybe its bc I 'm in my thirties or I've been watching comic movies for 20 years, but I wasnt  shocked as much as Id thought by certain characters "fates"

     

    While many previous MCU movies had a lot of characters, I usually felt that most characters were balanced well. In Infinity War, I felt like  was jumping from plot thread to plot thread almost like Justice League.

    Brolin as Thanos did well, but I dont think he should be in the highest level of villains - Killmonger, Loki are still the best.

     

    No mention of

    Valkyrie and Korg? With Valkyrie strength, Im surprised they would kill her off or at least give a line about her escaping. It seems kind of morbid to have Asgardian citizens escape  Surtur/Hela  in Thor Ragnarok only to meet the end at Thanos hands?

    I haven't but my mom did once with 2 pairs of shoes. I dont really see any issue imo.
