I have 9 exercises that I cycle through throughout the day.  I do these exercises whenever I feel like it in this sequence:
 
1. Pushups: 40 reps.
2. Pullups: 7 reps.
3. Shoulder Presses: Two 25 dumb bells for 25 reps. 
4. Curls: Two 25 pound dumb bells for 20 reps. 
5. Triceps extensions: One 40 pound dumb bell for 20 reps. 
6. Sit Ups: 30 reps. 
7. Stiff Legged Deadlifts: Two 50 pound dumb bells for 12 reps. 
8. Squats: Two 50 pound dumb bells for 12 reps. 
9. Calves Raises: 45 reps on a step. 
 
That routine exercises all major muscle groups. 
 
My cardio is walk for 30 minutes daily. 
 
Ever since I stopped over eating, I lost 11 pounds. My face is looking much better looking and thinner. I'm also losing my gut.  
 

I listen to my intuition when it comes to resting, working out, and eating. Intuition knows what you need. The body tells you what you need to do. Don't over do things. Try to do enough or you will over work yourself to injury.

So basically RSG3 wants us to conform and lose our individuality. That's whack. 

Using intuition to call people out can be pretty brutal on the person being called out. You basically become their mirror. 

I will become Perfection. 

Idealistically, yes.
 
But a perfect diamond can be cut from an imperfect one.
 
Nonetheless, it is a smaller infinite set, of sorts.

Nothing can "become" perfection. The statement implies that you aren't perfect now. If you aren't born perfect, you can never become perfect. You can't be flawless if you've possessed flaws.

I didn't develop that ability until nearly two decades of getting trolled on the internet. The really mature people never get baited at all, it took into my early-30s to figure that out, when the really smart dudes figure it out by their mid-20s and women seemingly figure it out by their teen years.

Then I guess it's decided then, to work for this, at least minimizing entertaining people as baby steps. I would also need to work on not expressing my intuition toward said people. I have schizoaffective disorder, so, that may be the reason of being set off so easily. Your post definitely inspires me. Thank you and nice talking with you.

I often find that mixed people are the most beautiful people. 

I don't speak with people who don't know what and where their soul is unless they are open to realizing their true identity. I don't speak with people who are not in touch with their souls/hearts like atheist unless that atheist is open minded. Your soul produces your emotions. It actually creates everything that you are and it's who you are. If you do not understand your soul/true identity, you might be a soulless person, therefore I do not want to waste my time with you because you are basically a lifeless zombie. Your soul is your life.
 
It seems that humans must earn their souls by becoming aware that they have one. 
 
Actually, I will still speak to you if you are an atheist, just don't be so abrasive with you atheism. 
 
What people need to realize is that your soul creates your mind and body. Your mind creates your body. You are not your body. People are typically inverted wrongly when it comes to their identity. 

I think the internet and how much faster information is spread and can be crowd sourced has changed this. They were still figuring stuff out about SF2 fairly recently, same with 3s, but at the same time, people think they have modern games all figured out and they move on, but who knows what other things could be found if people kept playing them like they do the older games.

Tbh this is why I don't play modern fighters more seriously because I don't have time to keep up with all the balance changes. I could spend a bunch of time working on my game and then come back next patch to find out they patched it out. I'd rather play a remotely finished product than have to guess what they're going to change in a few months as a knee jerk reaction to some tourney result. I'm learning to be more casual with modern games though and that's helped a lot. 

Most of the arguments  being thrown at him were hilarious and terrible,  but he was right, and I say this as someone who was a pretty serious 3s player for quite awhile. Parry trashes a lot of things that make some 2d fighters work and cuts down on the complexity a bit, although 3s was meant to be a different type of game than sf2 so I think comparing them is kind of moot.

Thoughts and emotions are one, emotions come from the soul/heart therefore they are a priority over thoughts from the mind/brain. Emotions are closer to your true intent and are from your true self that knows what is true. 
 
Humans have been programmed to disconnect from their souls/emotions/spirit. They have been fooled into thinking that the mind/thoughts should be the priority. Oh how backwards that is. Humans are now a bunch of robots due to the misunderstanding of their nature. 

The good thing about the internet is that it is very easy to ignore and not acknowledge anybody. I only answer when I feel like it. 

Yeah. Most can't handle us because they are weak willed. I'm not saying that I don't get triggered as well though. I'm just going to ignore anybody that gets butthurt by me and avoid arguments that lead to nowhere.

Please clarify where I've actually trolled in this forum? So, according to you, I can't point out the faults and opinions of a certain community? Otherwise, it's considered trolling and annoying to you? That mystifies me. 
 
I never said I was all that and a bag of chips. You people were the ones that adopted the name for me, always wondered who I was, and alt account accused me. That consists  through out my time being here. So, I can argue to you people that you all have overrated me. 
 
You know, you actually had my back here at one point. To think, I thought you were "different" than the rest here.

When you are trying to pull off dual trolling, you need to not let your tone slip up into the other "persona" so badly, as you have been, like this post clearly illustrates.
