I'm fine with SF6's music. But it's nothing to write home about compared to previous entries. The stage and menu music is much better generally than the themes.

Updates on my daughter playing Story Mode. She had her first fit of rage at a boss because she was unable to beat FANG in the Ken vs FANG fight. Tried a few times, got hella mad, asked me to beat it for her. Instead, I showed her how to throw a hadouken.
 
Funniest thing is seeing everybody semi dressed...and then Cammy and R.Mika just have their asses hanging out for no discernible reason. She hasn't asked why that is and I'm not sure I would have an answer for it. I now have an even harder time believing that grown ass men were literally whining on the internet so that Cammy could keep showing her ass like that in the main outfits.

Honestly IDGAF. Female Seth was cool as an idea. Female body, male seth voice; Dr Girlfriend was hype AF in Venture Bros so haters could hold that. I liked FANG's look but had issues with some gameplay design decisions (and honestly it was only part of his tool kit; I may not necessarily be all in for Damage Over Time mechanics in an FG but the people saying his was weak didn't understand how out of control it could get if buffed too much).
 
Lily is interesting because to me, she isn't dressed in any overtly sexual way. I've seen a a decent amount of broads either with shorts just as short or close enough to it. People freaking out over her legs being exposed like that have never been to a volleyball game. But people were more than happy to  be horny for Menat and were cool with both:
 

 

 
Saying Lily was pervy is such a ridiculous stretch.  Even her face is surprisingly accurate to some of the people in the region. Its w/e with people freaking out over her.

One thing that I like is for characters to have special ways to interact with the in game systems.
Of course this can make balancing more difficult to do, but the current systems in place on SF6, I think are robust enough to allow certain degree of deviation.
 
Perhaps a char has a special projectile that when made EX is unparriable, or if that is too much, allows it to freeze it mid screen to mess with the parry timing for example.

A lot of people never really consider the interactions of mechanics on the game when suggesting changes (which most of the time are quite idiotic).
They see stuff in a vacuum and lack foresight.

Why are you judging a fish by its ability to climb a tree? Street Fighter is fundamentally not a single player experience. What they are presenting us is above and beyond what they have historically offered, and what the market as a whole offered.

Not only that, they are committing to years of service for both the single and multiplayer experience. No other FG developer right now is doing that at this level.

As for your criticism of the story, well it's basic and very clearly only a first chapter to a new story. All the characters are kinda chilling more or less. The real effort is in the character and world building. That is clearly where the energy went, and that is the true value of WTM.

I think that by the end of SF6’s lifecycle it will likely have the best single player experience of any fighter. The potential just off the foundation they laid is huge.

Sweetheart there's only one real Street Fighter, and this isn't it.
Those who were around in 1991 know... I maybe be in my 40's but OG Street Fighter and Street Fighter 2 are both legendary, and it wasn't all about graphics back then even though the sprites were groundbreaking... 
 
You had to actually be a skilled player to execute a 4+ hit combo in Street Fighter...

But they've dumbed it down now where instead of actually doing every single move yourself, you press a button and get a multi hit combo.
This is ok I guess, but the so called "tournament or best" players would get absolutely wrecked in say Street Fighter 2 by me.
Thats a standing invite to anyone that wants that smoke.
 
I remember when the Street Fighter HD Remix was offered on psn years ago, and I hadn't even touched a controller in 20 years, and I handed the 3rd highest ranked player his ass.

I think it's the name - "world tour". It's meant to give you a ground level experience of the universe. It's a world building experiment with some obvious microtransaction traps more than a "cinematic story mode".

The Bosch arc is inconsequential because the actual SF characters involved are not personally that affected for better or worse in the end.  Like this is the 5th tournament of its kind, we didn't really impact the bottomline like all the others before it.

Money is still being laundered. Nayshall is still subjugated by external forces. It's just another day in the world of SF and we got to experience it first hand. That is the point of the mode. 

I think with each character they will add new locales and maybe a few separate chapters that involve the new masters giving out missions. But when SSF6 rolls around, like SSF4 before, they will roll out a new sequel plotline. Just a guess.

 

Daughter started asking who the heroes and villains are in Street Fighter.

Also Urien custome code to make him fight in his underwear was 10/10 laughs. But my daughter isn't up to prpper definitions on words used for bad people. So her reaction was:
