Holy crap, Nagoriyuki’s berserker bar builds up fast. That first combo in the second round builds it up to two bars. 
 
Axl getting Za Warudo makes me super happy. Nice of them to finally give him a move that references his time powers. If it doesn’t have time limit, that can be a scary option for Axl to have.
 
It looks like Ky’s install doesn’t have a time limit. Could be the trade off for only being able to activate it on low health.
 
Sol’s new super is pretty cool but it uses the dragon install super we saw in one of the trailers. Wonder if this means he won’t have an install this time.

Here in my country things were kinda late in fad and trends during the 90s era, in the 80s video games were like the arcade and home console were banned  and media were regulated because of the previous gov't that ruled for a very long term. Even some mecha anime were banned because of fearing a revolt and opposition to that gov't. 
 
Nowadays  after 2012 new political agenda seems to rise and tries to be push a historical revisionism propaganda through facebook because most of the aged 40 beyond people here are illiterate to internet.
 
People can still get a console by being given as gifts through imports. Because there are no console here being sold. You can see it in early 2005 and 2008 Videogame documentaries that it was mentioned about the banning of video games, but you would see trolls like new accounts that are filipino that would comment from 2014 and beyond from those historical videos in youtube were fake news that would say it wasn't true and people here were living a good life and wealthy. LOL
 
It's like the China Gov't playbook of the 50 cent army. And Philippines is a third world country, So owning a console here(except famicom) from later 90s was a luxury and the privileged that has a parent from abroad. I'm talking here as a perspective of an average joe kid.
 
However Famicom here very is rampant and cheap like other the other neighboring countries like Taiwan and etc. that's why there were modified famicom that are turned arcades but it's timer based. So by the starts of the 90s era were the boom of gaming was arcades and arcades were the go-on entertainment of kids when the snes and megadrive era was on the rise.  So people here mostly wasn't into RPG and those into having save state unless it's a famicom game. Philippines were like one year late in adopting SF2 craze. 

In southern Louisiana, but just about any mall I went to from atl to Tx had a arcade if not two at that time, now it was right around the time when the only thing that was really really keeping them alive were Dance Dance, tekken, and  loyal fighting game players.

I have so much hate for that video right now.

I think them not having some kind of rank mode is going to hurt.

Every on going competitive game has a rank mode, it's kind of the " big boys club" 


Even in card games, this "ladder" or level thing they go far is just baked into ranked...


Putting everyone into a pool and then saying play and having people float between levels is probably going to be more annoying than anything. Also it kills a part of the tension that comes with RANKED games. That or it makes every game feel like it's a rank game so no one can actually relax and try stuff like they want.

I understand what they want to do, but they are basically trying to reinvent the wheel, you can improve upon it but at the core it's as good as it can get.

And if the public lobbies aren't "casual matches" that essentially just make them ranked matches... by a different name.

Oh well I guess we'll see.

I just find it ironic, obviously I got nothing against perth, he's a sensible guy. It's just funny to me because it mirrors a situation here at work were a group of people backed someone and rightly so but the person moved to another location out the blue after pretty much starting a revolt.

You know, volt told me to come say for w/e reason so since I'm here for a minute or two, let's clarify one thing first:
 
If you weren't either illiterate or a fucking idiot, you would've read all the parts where I said, multiple times, that at no point do I endorse a teen dating an adult. Given that I had to deal with that situation with one of my nieces, which I explained in those posts, I am definitely not defending that age discrepancy  with the younger partner being that age.  I understand I only said that multiple times in those posts. I also understand some people here are just continually hard of reading, but them's the breaks. But let's reiterate how much I don't endorse that situation.
 
Secondly, the issue with age of consent has been a goofy tug of war that varies between countries and the cultures inside of them. Some places are hair raisingly stupid with how they decide between a child and an adult person, but unless you're in Afghanistan, then odds are really good you can tell what a presexual person is. Age of Consent was pushed up historically (and I agree with it) and mostly due to feminists of varying degrees; hell for most people up until most of modern society 8th grade was the highest you were going and then you were working. That shit is weird, I don't endorse it, some cultures/countries are fine with it, but I'm not.
 
But it isn't pedophilia. Because a pedophiles is looking strictly at presexual people. That's kind of key and important to keep in mind because the people who are going to hit up a 16 year old at fast food joint are not the same as the ones that are going to kidnap them from a playground. Pedophiles engage in all sorts of insane delusions to justify their bullshit. That's where you get shitty organizations like NAMBLA. That's also where you get all sorts of disgusting shit. The visceral hate I have towards those people is rather extreme; a good chunk of that because I have friends who were victimized by them.
 
So either reread things or fuck off.
 
Secondly, I didn't "suddenly" become either soft or a snowflake. I didn't leave SRK to come into this place and have people bring up my family. As a matter of fact, every idiot who either hit like or lol on that one idiot's post justifying mentioning my daughter is just as much of a massive moron as he is. This isn't some shit that gets "worked out". There was no reason to bring up my daughter, it has fuck all to the situation, given that I wrote (in those posts you supposedly read) how pedophiles scare the shit out of me because my daughter is pretty is some shit. I don't let my daughter run ahead of me in walks too much because the idea that somebody can nab her, toss her in a car and drive her to five different major cities  through the same highway is not farfetched. I think I can see what Perth was trying to say, but like heat bought up there's a difference it just gets lumped together because it's pretty much all illegal. And why I completely understand someone looking at someone 16-19 and thinking they are hot or are going to be attractive one day, being sexual attracted to that is a thin line and as a grown man or woman especially one growing up in places where it's not the norm you should check yourself ASAP.

I've been in more than a few situations in my time where I've been hit on or some "kid" that just wanted to hook up and have some sort of what appeared to be stability and "maturity" in there life. And while they had the body and face of a 23 year old it's pretty clear that they are immature after  more than 5 mins of talking....and that's coming from a man child lol.
