Drive Rush is a pretty big deal. The added frame advantage opens up more combos. The additional frame advantage it grants makes combos that wont' work otherwise possible. 

Drive Gauge abilities are Impact, Parry, Reversal, and Rush. These abilities bear a resemblance to key abilities in past games but there are significant differences here in 6 that make them work differently.

Yes generally reversals are limited to overdrives and super arts. Meterless DPs still beat jumpins and there might be other niche examples like i think Ken’s run DP has i-frames.

You know, they say that the FGC has a pretty shitty community towards new people and it may be so in some parts but i remember when i first started getting into fighting games more "serious"  and stumbled upon the SRK forums,really had no clue what's up since i am basically a FPS / MMO player at heart. Basically had no clue how to play and since i was playing Gouken and Juri and the Gouken forums were not active at all i asked in the Juri forums how to improve my defense and a lot of really basic stuff that would had been easy to mock. 
 
Response ? Great feedback, tutorials and ways to motivate me to keep playing and try and improve. When , how and what to do. Me starting out with a complex character like Juri was not ideal either but we take it !

Regarding Juri's stores, since she can now have access to her moves regardless of the stores that means she has 3 versions of her fuhajins available that will most likely combo differently into one another. Awareness will be needed. 
 
Baseline fuhajins ( stores )  Stored Fuhajins EX fuhajins This one is uncertain, but i wonder if  EX will depend based on the move being stored or not , like having a EX unstored and EX stored. Most likely not , just speculating.   
They took a good approach to have her toolkit available from the start but reward the ones who push more and manage the stores. Juri keeps her complexity going forward. I want to see more gameplay footage, they didnt show all. Her level 1 CA was not shown, her light fireball is previewd for a split second in the playstation blog  etc
