I need some sort of audio of your reaction once a in-game character calls yours by its name of Poop mouth dinosaur. 

I keep getting more and more hype for the day the games characters can actually say my created characters name. 

Don't try to kill everyone in the first town you get to.  They'll kick you out without being able to upgrade anything and you'll get killed by a nuclear rat.  At least,  that's what happened when I played Fallout 3
