In my "real" playthrough, I never bumped in to Astarion (picked him up during Early Access plays though), had a glitch that kept me from rezzing Lae'zel in an early fight so I left her for dead, and made some plotline decisions that ended up with Halsin perma dead.
 
Oh, and there's an early game mini-boss who's a joinable companion if you play through evilly enough that technically I killed too.  Well, gravity killed her- not my fault that wooden footbridge she was standing on wasn't up to code.

I restarted because my friends told me I should probably have all those companions in my party on my first play through. Apparently I fucked it up pretty bad on my first try 🤣

Also I know its alleged that Lauren was being a disturbance but judging from the video and the immense amount of people clapping all around her when dude got up to tell her to GTFO, I don't doubt that she was being a nuisance.  There a lot of people several rows behind her clapping.  Its doubtful all those people could tell who she was from behind.

There's a few potential companions you can still get resolving the Goblin Camp/Druid Circle conflict.
 
And assuming you somehow manage to kill them off instead of recruiting them, Whithers can sell you the services of some hirelings who'll join your party but don't have any plotline if you talk to him in your camp.  Don't worry- I haven't yet seen anyone who's found a way to completely destroy Whithers.
 
Then there are a couple of more storyline characters you can recruit in Act 3, but that's a long way off.

Man this fucking game Baldur's Gate lol. I rescued this woman named Shadowheart, but she died as we were making our escape from the mind flayer ship. When it crashed, her dead body was on the beach, so I looted it and stole everything, even her clothes. Then I revived her with her revivify potion and she got pissed off because I wouldn't give her back her talisman. So she wanted to fight me with only one hit point.
 
I set my shit to non lethal blows and knocked her out again. Then I felt bad because she was in her underwear, so I threw her clothes at her. Unfortunately it counted as a crit and it fucking killed her again 😂. Now I can't use the revivify shit on her anymore. Oh well, at least I have this cool talisman. 
 

My ex almost made me miss a flight from Korea to China. Reason? A Korean celebrity whom she didn’t know who he was was walking through the departures terminal and she had to join the gaggle of women following him to get a blurry as fuck photo of said celebrity she didn’t know.
