I was thinking the same thing. The jeans I wore last Friday are over ten years old. They aren't even worn out and I wash clothes more than I should.

Because "owning" an NFT isn't just having a copy stored somewhere for you- your copy exists as an element of a blockchain (a type of distributed program running on thousands and thousands of computers).  Think of it like BitTorrent, except all the computers already have a copy, and keep talking to each other about how they agree that you are definitely the owner of the thing.

Ah yes, recently i went Sekiro to Nioh 2 and I kept hitting the shoulder buttons to attack when the face buttons are used for that lol.

I’m always super suspicious of games that don’t let you remap buttons. It’s one of the most basic QoL things you can do for your game, so if it’s not there I always assume they cut corners elsewhere and/or their game difficulty is reliant on the controls sucking ass.

The PS4 allows you to remap buttons. It has to be done outside the game
 
 

Let me know if you need help, maybe we can coop. But yeah, the beginning of the first run of any soulsborne game can be pretty miserable lol. 
 
I also don't understand the button layout of those games. I remember remapping it when I started playing DS the first time but you can't really do that in the console versions I don't think. I have yet to figure out what the deal is with that though. 

Epic Games Store is getting a proper achievement system next week
The new system is much more reminiscent of what other platforms offer.
 

 
Nearly three years after coming out to take on Steam, the Epic Games Store is about to get more robust support for achievements. Starting next week, you’ll have the chance to earn XP by completing specific tasks in select games. Some of the titles that will support the feature out of the gate include Rocket League, Hades, Pillars of Eternity and Alan Wake Remastered, with more to come later in the year.
Epic’s system includes four tiers of achievements, with each level granting you a different amount of XP. For instance, in unlocking a bronze-level accomplishment, you’ll earn between five and 45 XP, while a gold one will net you as much as 200 XP. Once you accrue 1,000 XP in a single game, you’ll earn its platinum achievement.
 
With the update, Epic is also rolling out new pages where you can track and share the progress you’re making towards unlocking all the goals in a specific game. You’ll also see that information displayed through the library interface.
One thing to note is that this new system is different from the developer achievements Epic implemented about a year ago. That system will continue to be there for developers who don’t want to engage with the new one, though the company says it expects “this new system will roll out [to] all developers on the Epic Games Store in the coming months.”

And I feel you. I made it to the last boss of Sekiro and after 4 days of trying i gave up. I had to come back a year later and run through the entire game again. This time I got that Sword St but fucking christ man lol. So dont feel bad sometimes it takes a couple attempts.

I'm in the middle of my first DSR run and that's kinda how I feel about it. Granted, in Souls games, your character being dogshit at the beginning, and not knowing what's going on makes it worse. It just takes too long and because I don't have the time to game that I used to, I'm less inclined to want to slog through it. When it's fun, it's fun, but a lot of times it's not. Bloodborne is one of my favorite games of all time and even when it's hard Im still having some semblance of fun, but I'm starting to think Souls just isn't for me anymore.
