Every story about Prince is so fucking outlandish.  He was definitely on another planet.  My favorite story was that skit on Chapelle's show where Prince schooled everybody in basketball ACTUALLY happened IRL.

For Prince? Easy. Pancakes, basketball, and women related to his wardrobe 😉  I'll have to get back to you on MJ though 😂

I've been gradually getting more acclimated to boss rush mode now... I checked out Vee's vid on it as well:
 
I got super close to beating 4C Giant on my Steam/pc version of the game a little while ago... just a few more hits and he would've been dead but he got me.  I had at least 3 or 4 curse chests opened that run so my points in Tactics were high, and the damage output was glorious.  A favorite lately has been explosive crossbow, though I realize that against some things like Timekeeper it's a bad choice. (Boss Rush version of Time Keeper is the worst possible matchup for it, btw; it's like you're a regular human trying to fight the Flash or Zoom from DC.)
 
**edit---yep, Survival build helped me crush it this time... 4C Giant just got STOMPED easy... I was up to 27 Survival points with a Giantkiller sword that was XII-S.  The damage was absolutely insane....now I'm going into the fight with the Hand of the King since you can go straight to Throne Room from the Giant... with the 2 more scrolls at 29 points nonw, Giantkiller sword has 124k critical damage.  
haha the Hand of the King just went down too.  The Giantkiller sword, man... the damage is just too nasty. 🤣
Even though I was focused on Survival points, I still kept picking "Vengeance" passive... it's one of the best in the game, imo... just baseline we're talking about 61 or so % damage bonus after getting hit + some extra defense.  For the final battle I also had Disengagement; always a good choice against the tougher bosses.

Went to check what was up in Splatoon 3 in Salmon Run. In the weapons rotation is the Clash Trash Blaster. And the stage is the Sh, um, I mean Spawning Grounds. Had a teammate immediately disconnect at the start of the match. And Wave 1 began with Grillers AND high tide.

You know I try to keep an open mind on stuff because you never know maybe there might be something valid?  Also not seeing the movie myself yet makes this hard to judge but stating "I don't know if this is acceptable for kids"  and being offended by Brooklyn accents...

What on earth about Prince or MJ felt normal or relatable? Lol

I legit shed tears when Prince died. Never thought a celebrity death would affect me like that, but he's been such big influence on me musically that it really did feel like losing a family member in a weird way.

I didn't cry at MJ's death, but I was emotional. But what hit me hardest was my disgust with the media.
 
To these people, he was a has-been at best, teflon pedophile at worst. But when he died? A king gone too soon. Outlets talked about his death like they weren't just throwing dirt on his name a little bit ago. Maybe it's just that I was young, but man that was crazy to see.

They were relatable. They seemed like everyday people who just happened to be very talented. As appose to feeling like their talent puts them above everyday people.

Same and I don't normally cry for celebrity deaths. Prince, MJ, and Robin Williams though felt different.
