It's actually better to owe because if you're getting refunds, it means they're taking too much out which means there's probably a bit of money they're keeping that you don't actually owe. It's nice to get the refund check, but when you think about what that actually means...

I need companies to actually fucking TALK TO THEIR PEOPLE BEFORE MAKING A POST ABOUT SHIT LIKE THIS.  This is absolutely ridiculous.  Why are people finding out about layoffs within the company through a fucking news article/tweet?  What the fuck is this?

I don't know how my brother deals with it. Check on him once a week. He has his moments he told me. And said he knows his lil girl Makenzie wouldn't want her dad to give up. Rest of the family was messed up from this. But slowly we're picking up the pieces. But damn man just 10 years old. That ain't right.....And while she was fighting this. I was in Qatar working.....I'm glad I took time to fly back and spend time with her when she was still healthy. And then see her in her last days. She was so brave and strong.
 
But from here on. I'll be inspired by her to try to live life more like she did. Where she just always wanted to be out and about doing something. No matter how big or small it was.
