Ariana Grande didn't create the photograph, therefore she doesn't have rights to it unless she gets them from the creator.  That's kind of the baseline.

Just to throw it out there: Guy I used to work with took a bus to another city the night before, then got the hotel shuttle to take him to pick up the car he was buying in the morning.

The law specifies release without bail in general and then specifies certain offenses for which bail can still be required; these guys are hunting loop-holes, and I'm not even sure they're completely correct.

Never mind the fact that bail is supposed to be about making sure a defendant shows up to trial, not about punishing them.  If you want the guy locked up because of a crime, give him a speedy trial.
