I wouldn't go far in saying that a lot of microaggressions are nothing but like a good chunk of things, it depends on situation and context.   That video above didn't really have really have any slight insult or hidden nastiness that I could perceive from it.   Nothing that would make you say "....why would you say this/feel that way in this moment right now?".  I'm also not going to say that it's impossible that something isn't there because I'm not hispanic so there's always a chance that there's something I missed but as far as I can tell from this video this lady asked her a question about her not giving up something that she's done that's potentially racist and all she did was respond saying she barely works with anyone who is minority aside from someone one who is "slightly hispanic" which implies unsurity and and just leaves some room in case she's wrong.  She didn't say anything like "she's slightly hispanic because she's good at making tacos and that's it" or something along those lines (which if she had would probably be a bit more than a slight and closer to ignorance).   This lady just seemingly got upset because she didn't feel like she had any examples of being racist.   And apparently the act of responding that she believes she hasn't done anything racist is in and of itself and racist act?  Like I don't even know what it is she's trying to her hardest to be offended by here.  It screams she just wants to believe in her heart that's its impossible for this lady to not have done anything so she's going to make something.

A lot of the "microaggression" type of racism is incredibly subjective and leans in to the whole "but it FEELS true" type of thing, just like in that video.

I used to shit myself a lot. Then I quit drinking and it hasn't really happened since. 

Diablo 4 new season started today.... of course I made a necromancer once again....just played for a short time and got to level 15 so far.  The way they have it in seasons where you start already with stat points is great....right from the start I had 10 points to work with.  Man, if only they let you choose sides in Diablo stories....I want to side with Lord Zir and the vamps.
 
It's tough competing for my time though since I'm still addicted to Baldur's Gate 3 at the moment; I just started playing a 3rd character on there earlier today....another warlock; I forgot if I made that one as a "Dark Urge" or not though but this one I named "Julian" is a Tiefling. (inspired by yet another soap opera villain, btw)  For this one I intend to get Wyll in the crew....I bet he's not as popular as the other characters that can join your crew, but he's a fellow warlock so naturally that's alright with me.
