Let’s go over all three of Guile’s Super Arts, which reflects his journey as one of the most well-known World Warriors!

Sonic Hurricane (1 Stock) – Introduced in Street Fighter Alpha 3, Guile fires a massive aerial slash directly ahead. If used with a Heavy Punch, the aerial slash fires diagonally upwards as a good anti-air option. An extremely versatile move that can be used in combos, to counter projectiles, or as a way to turn the tables when being pressured.

Solid Puncher (2 Stocks) – Introduced in Street Fighter V as Guile’s V-Trigger I, Solid Puncher is now a Super Art. Guile envelops both arms in aerial slashes and enables the use of Sonic Break, where a flurry of small Sonic Boom projectiles can be unleashed simply by pressing the punch buttons.

Crossfire Somersault (3 Stocks) – A brand new Super Art, Guile puffs his chest and fires a massive aerial slash that launches the opponent into the air before following up with a brutal Somersault Kick.

In previous games in the series, Guile’s iconic stage was at a base on the ground. For Street Fighter 6, put on your lifejackets, because his stage now takes place at an anchored aircraft carrier at sea. Complete with mid-flight planes, a multicultural collection of flags, and a posse of cheerful onlookers, Guile’s stage has undergone a revamp to match the new era it takes place in. How does his stage fit into his story this time?

That’s it for now when it comes to our coverage of Guile – who remains a Chad! Street Fighter 6 is scheduled for landing in 2023 on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4.

Man, I really need to see a full match with him. His zoning game sounds crazy.

I am because 9 times out of 10 they are the same jackasses bitching about too many shotos being in the game. Oni belongs in the trash bin too but even he is a larger departure than Evil Ryu. You have narratively worthless character with a limited berth from a gameplay stand point. He's got to be close to Ryu but not quite Akuma. It's the like the Camaro vs. the Mustang. Ford has no Corvette so the Mustang has free reign on performance variants. The Camaro performance models always have to be mindful of the Corvette. Even if it gets the same engine it doesn't quite have the same output.

    The disrespect 😥

Gotta admit the one feature that i think i will turn off the moment i boot up the game is the real time commentator thing, seems annoying as hell. Since they probably have sound recording based on what you do.

With the drive meter at the start that means you can do super right at the start of the game if you chose to.

Can you imagine  James Chen  at the start of the round if you blow all your super bar ?

    WILL IT KILL ? ?????????????????

....umh, no dude it won't,he has full life at the start xD

... To be fair, that would be a very James Chen thing to do.

This is one of most common fake facts people in SF community keep repeat tbh, and contradict what canon say lol

Ken is not some middle-class dad with fulltime job sucking his life lol

Reality is Ken lifestyle is far more close to real-life highest level professional fighters than Ryu's is, and in fact Ken still competed (up to SF3) in highest level of martial arts tournaments avaible and was the "all american martial arts Champion" or something (same title Nash had before SFA events)

Have the money to have his own gym with best shit, get quality sparring partners, best food and doctors

Ryu is described to have to actual need to work here and there to gain money and even Zangief told him his lifestyle (poor food) it's not optimal for the body lol

And beyond that was told that Ken's biggest source of strenght is his family

Chip on his shoulder is not being as good as Ryu, wich is not going to change, Ken got to eat that shonen anime hero logic, specially if post-SFV Ryu is no more slowed-down by SnH shit

Oro is probably the best character to value the potential of a fighter, and on whole SF3 cast his interest got high only for Ryu and Gill, considering them around same level

While meeting Ken, he was like:

"I could train you to be better but... Who is that friend of yours?"

Sit and watch whole SF6 Ken arc having Ken realize that best version of himself (as fighter too) is family Ken.

Maybe they will take some cheap way to show it, like some villain kidnapping Eliza and Mel

Wich is not even casual, considering canon wise Ken begin as a fighter was his own family (parents as kid) being close to break

I really hope that they do Evil Ryu and Violent Ken like they should be.
Absolutely absent from the game as a big middle finger to trash taste people.

I mean, not going to happen, but one can dream 🥲

Ya know, throughout the years I've seen your... posts (starting on SRK) I've always thought you were on the really good stuff. But these two are actually very accurate.
