Neither, really.
Never understood Hax's "humor" or whatever the fuck he was doing, but everyone seemed to love it. I think DoctaMario said it better when he said that Hax was like some sort of shitty artist where people will pretend to get his gimmick while others were afraid to just say "WTF is this guy talking bout" in fear of being reprimanded for it.
Jion is just some dumbass who posts shit in the wrong thread, makes WWE analogies everywhere expecting people to get them, and posts amateur wrestling videos in the pro wrestling thread because "it's the same thing"
