My wife is very pleasantly okay with a strip show, provided it is at least trying to be tasteful. She probably wouldn't be too excited about me dropping bank to fund the show, unless I was able to show sick profits. I'd just need enough Neclords to make it a decent ROI. :smile:

 

A Dita show would be awesome to see. That is a helluva lady.

That is a good thing. Not too many are okay with that. Keep it tasteful is always a must, though.

But as interesting as a cosplay strip show would be, I think that a cosplay burlesque show would be far more entertaining and possibly lucrative.

Maybe I should set some things in motion here. :pensive:

There was one of those at a con near us a year or so ago and some friends invited us to go. Sadly we already had plans so we couldn't make it. :disappointed:

 

Cosplay burlesque seems like a fucking lock on easy money. Doesn't hurt that the modern game industry is producing waifus at unprecedented rates.

Nintendo fast tracked several waifus and it's done wonders for the Switch. It outsold the Wii U's lifetime sales in 10 months.

I can already see it... Hire a bunch of nubile, pretty young females (old, ugly me would drive the audience away), someone good at making costumes, some young, nubile males for the oestrogen audience, a nice venue in a good location (I know just the place I could rent), overcharge for beverages.

Shows every Friday night.

 

Yeah, that could make some nice cash.

Right now it's just SFV. That is the only game I have played nearly enough to not feel like I'd be complete clown shoes at. Even then I'll still be well outside my depth but it'll be fun.

 

I'd love to play GG as well but I'm not even at clown shoes level in that game.

 

Just had the though that Cross Tag is gonna be so damn new it may be worth entering in that just to throw bullshit out and see how far I can get. :grin:

 

I was debating whether to play or not but the competitor pass and spectator pass are the same price; at that point I figured why not pay $10 so I can say I played SFV at EVO one year.

You have a good point about Cross Tag actually. I kind of lost touch with that game, but one thing that seemed to be noticeable in one of the very early promo videos was that the characters had multiple assists that could be use during in one match... Either that or there was so,e. Sry quick tagging going on, but it looked cool.

 

And yeah, you might as well play if you’re going.

 

I hope you enjoy Vegas while you’re there. Are you just going for Evo or hanging around for a little extra?

Yeah this whole thing actually came about cause my wife wanted to take a trip mid year and her sister has never been to Vegas. So I'm sure they'll be doing stuff and I'll hang out with them periodically.
