It’s been exciting watching punk go from almost being eliminated to right now having 100k guaranteed. The splits are better than evo and cap cup just gotta hope they actually send the money😂

He loses to characters with fireballs because he has no decent way through them besides ex breakdance and that's a guess not a reaction.  Unfortunately most of the top tier are projectile characters that can either zone him pretty well or walk behind slow fireballs.   I think he even loses to Ryu.  
 
His best matchups are against non projectile characters.  I think he fights Cammy and Marisa well and also maybe Dhalsim.

I’ll be honest I don’t even know how to do DR lol. 
But you’re absolutely right about DR being needed at high level. I’m almost at Diamond 4 and realizing the entire system is needed and being aware of when and where to use it. 
 
I don’t really use drive gauge for anything besides OD moves and combo extensions. But the fact that parry just blocks mixups for you reminds me to use it more. I just know my meter management is ass so I try to be frugal with it lol.

Never played SF6 on a DS5 but I heard it's indeed even worse than the DS4. 
 
I can remember a time when you could get a MadCatz fight stick with full Sanwa components for just 150...

If the DLC costs are too expensive and not selling they’ll lower the price to a more reasonable point, so really I don’t think it matters. 

I'm typically the type of player that will buy a fuck ton a DLC for a fighting game. Outside of getting SF6 "Shill Edition" with the 4 characters included I spent $5 on the Rashid fighting pass. That's it. Even my completionist brain is like fuck these prices.

You know now that you mention it…this is the third SF in a row where I initially picked a really good character then traded them in for someone much worse. 
 
SF4: Ibuki > Vega
SFV: Cammy > Vega > Nash
SF6: Ken > Manon
 
If I pick a character in the first week and drop them immediately they’re probably good lol

I could tell like two weeks in that Ken was going to be a problem.  They made a character with extremely powerful moves and no weaknesses lol.  

Ken continues being the scrubbiest character in this game for basically free. That character does so much with so little effort its ridic.
