I think that all the newcomers (Minus Necally and Fang) are nice additions that should get back.
But if i could only choose one, i would say Menat.

 Easily the best addition to the game ( SFV ) if you factor in role in the story, gameplay, looks etc . Can be tied in quite easily in SF 6's story if they go the illuminati path and does not feel like a "joke / side character". Her gameplay is interesting as well though hard carried by dumb  heavy buttons and v-trigger 2 but that can easily change in SF 6. Not the prettiest face but not as ugly as people make it out to be either tbh.

Yeah, I'm wondering if this last season was really even necessary.  I guess depends on when SF6 releases.  If it releases early 2022 that's not enough time to even master these season 5 characters (unless you're a god).   And it kind of sucks for Rose players that probably wanted her in SF6.

Now, I don't want to coax you into misuse of your powers or anything, but I think it'd be a great idea to perma-ban everyone who disagrees. 

I'd also recommend FF Tactics. It's probably the only old game I'd recommend to someone who never played FF games.  As much as I loved the old school turn based FF's - they really didn't age well in my opinion.  Tactics is more of a strategy game and the battles are very fun and don't feel like a chore.  The story is pretty engaging as well.  It's a great game. 
 
FF7R is great too, and plays more like an action game than an old school RPG.  I'd recommend both!

Punk said he's excited for Dan because he wants to troll people.  I haven't heard of anyone that said they want to play the character seriously.

Heard Cyberpunk is a fun game but very buggy.  Sounds exactly like Skyrim when it first came out.

Is an interesting phenomenom that i see happen all the time, not only with SF, but with most fgs.
You can really love an older game more than a newer one.
 
But there is this phychological factor that makes it harder to go back to the old games when most of the people you like to play with are on the newer games.
What usually happens is that you reclutantly play the new game, or you just quit altoguether.
 
Is specially true if what you enjoy the most is the competition factor of those games.
And is mostly common with oldheads that dont like to play online much when compared to play in gatherings, specially with older games having terrible netcodes (which are truly bad, not like what tards like to call games with good but not great netcodes of more modern games).
 
I have friends that simply stopoed playing fgs since most people moved on to series or newer games that they didnt enjoy much or at all.
It usually requires the game being actually being loather by most of the scene for you to see people jumping back to old games, like what happened to mvci, making people jump back to mvc3 for example.
 
For example, in my community most people hated sfv so much that simply dropped the game, and jumped into oither games like MK, Tekken, Doa and DBFZ, even if many of those people were not really into those kind of games when they had sfiv as an option, or dropped playing the games altoguether and jumped into other games like fps and battle royales for example

I had so much fun with this game. I should play it over the weekend.

Valle tested a bunch of fighting games on PS5 last night.  Turns out PS5 is very similar to the PC experience and it might actually allow for smooth crossplay between the two!

What's weird is how Gaf was dead a couple of years ago, and now it's kinda thriving again after people found Era so hateful and intolerant, they're back on there to actually speak their minds and EXCHANGE opinions. What a concept! The people on Era all have TDS. And it's typical of how far leftists work really, they love to project. What they say Trump is, is exactly who they actually are. They are the tyrants, the fascists, the racists, the intolerant ones, the incompetent ones. 
 
I think Era perfectly represents society these days all too well (unfortunately). Especially on certain social media. You better behave and allign yourself with the mob or else the thought police will hunt you down. I blame weak minded politicians for allowing this type of activism for going on left unchecked for so long in colleges. Now it's seeped everywhere. 
 
It's what happens when years of identity politics indoctrination of "PUT YOUR IDENTITY FIRST" occurs. Everything has to revolve around a certain characteristic all the time, you're not allowed to remove your own "privilege" from the conversation, so everything is viewed through that lense. Must be hard living in that mental state 24/7 of constantly needing safe spaces and trigger warnings. If you don't have any "privilege" aka you're a white straight male, then your opinion is invalidated, you just need to be an "ally", shut up, and "educate yourself". Although if you're a part of a minority group like me and you don't go to the church of woke? Damn are we the ones they hate the most... that's when their vitriol really comes out.

The ones that originally put these ideas out there are living a fabulous life doing activism on campus and companies, getting paid tonnes of money to spew their bullshit. Unfortunately for those of us who do fall for their lies and manipulation, it is hard to get out of that cult-like mind status. They need a serious intervention tbh. Problem is the people in power or in charge enable them, validate their behavior, and promise to double down. Unfortunately we have some Gestapo loving congressmen that would love to apply RE thought control tactics on our real lives.
