I kinda wanna play Suicide Squad just for the boss fights and story but definitely not paying full price for it. Gonna wait til it drops to about $30, which will probably be sooner than I think with the negative backlash it has gotten

X-Men been woke before woke was even a word that bigots co-opted. Honestly I care nothing about Morph being non binary and whatnot. Im annoyed they changed his look to make him resemble Changeling. I know its more comic accurate but I miss ol rat face already lol

X-Men 97 looks good in motion after having seen it. I cant fully tell if its 3D or 2D and thats a good thing IMO, I was worried it'd look like What If or some other cheap looking CGI show but im satisfied with this

Still cautiously optimistic about the story. Xavier was still alive in the last series (dying but still alive) but now he's dead, idk about that yet.

Sqeenix Guardians of the Galaxy is what Suicide Squad SHOULDVE been. All they had to do was rip that game off then add a few things, but nooooo, we got some shitty looter shooter combined with a far less fun version of Sunset Overdrive 

My captains cooking makes me think he's suffering from dementia. Aint no way you cookin hamburgers and suddenly think "Lemme add some green peas and artichoke hearts to this" unless you suffering from a mental condition.

He might legitimately be the worst cook on earth. He'd find a way to fuck up a boiled hotdog by somehow adding unnecessary ingredients that dont match 😂

I'd say DMC1  also has the best enemies. They arent just practice dummies, even a simple marionette will hurt you if you become complacent. Everything in the game is actively trying to kill. Not to say the later games in the series had pushover enemies but they are nowhere near as aggressive 

But to get back to atmosphere, I also agree. It originally being a RE game is probably why the horror vibe was so strong in it. Would love for them to amp up the horror theme again in future titles. Rolling through the castle after the lights cut off was some creepy shit even tho you were super powerful by that point in the game

So some positive life updates:

-Just bought a new car (its used but you get the idea) with 65k miles on it. I love it so far

-Just moved into my new place a few days ago (kinda ghetto-ish but its clean, quiet and has a certain charm)

-I Have a nice amount of money saved, well, technically I acquired it recently (despite my sister's numerous fuck-ups . She's gonna cost me another $1300 soon, which will sting a bit but it won't wipe me anywhere near out) 

All in all, life is not perfect but a hell of alot better than I was a month or so ago

On episode 3 of Echo, its SUPERB. Its in that prime Netflix era Marvel tier. I think we might be back

So "interesting" convo at the barbershop: lady says her husband cheated on her, she never told him she found out. Then she decides to step out with another man (very understandable). They start hanging, goin all out of town, renting suites and going to expensive resorts, no sex involved allegedly (her husband eventually found them together in HER car and shot at boffum)

So after tellin her story, she asks all the men would they take a woman out of town, no sex involved. I say "No. Not unless I'm already hittin or we got a great rapport". Dates around the city? Sure, but not out of town for someone im still gettin to know

Most ppl agreed, even the women In the shop. Then she says she glad she dont talk to men like me. Mind you I never tried to holla in the first place due to the drama she just described with her husband. Lmao

Anywho, she says she still texts her husband daily, still sends him money and performs wife duties. Says she divorcing him but he's a "cool" dude. Now, keep in mind earlier she just said she won't talk to me cuz of my opinion on the out of town conversation but the guy that shot her car up with her new man in it is a "cool" dude

And that my friends describes what's wrong with some women today. This is a real conversation that happened today and im not exaggerating 😂

Those were the rules of fairies in the old show. I also believe once the kids grew up their memories of fairies were erased from their mind or something like that. I'm willing to give the new show a shot if the original creators are somehow involved

That Echo trailer confirms (or reaffirms) that the Netflix Daredevil was canon based of Fisk's backstory flashback. I still would like them to explain the absurd power boost Fisk got in Hawkeye tho, he was strong in Daredevil but not that damn strong. But I can let it slide lmao
