🤣, but is what he's saying about Spirit true? I heard the horror stories, but thought they were exaggerated or "one bad out of _" incidents. I WAS thinking of heading to Vegas for a little to catch Silk Sonic in concert, but every flight is just as costly as a floor ticket. Too much to spend on one weekend (one day, really). If Spirit didn't suck as much as legend tells, I might have hit them up.

You know, out of everyone here. You and DarkSakul are the two I hope would retire the hand the most. Seeing both of you post date pictures like the one below is one of my biggest hopes as a member of this forum.

LOL. You opened your post with "find a better partner" and then made a whole paragraph about how your fat girlfriend treats you well. That has no connection what my post was directed towards  which is the unfair social treatment and view men get when they are the ones being treated like shit by a woman, nor does it even connect to this new explanation of yours about men's mental health being ignored. Do better. 
Most of what you said here is what I am saying.  Its not just resources but actual support from society because we will always be in "the wrong", and if this girl is attractive she will win the opinions and the narrative of the situation. This Amber/Johnny thing is probably the first of its kind but the way society has functioned and played for years is that it is never fair for the man. 

When we get treated like shit and get dumped, we have to gtfo. For example, lets say you are having issues with your girl and its affecting you emotionally, you go to her to try to make things right and she insults you to turn you down, maybe even slaps you or gets her guy friends to shew you away. As a man can you react? If you put on a sad face, cry to her, yell at her or curse her back you are going to be negatively judged. You are going to be the bad guy, regardless of you being the one getting disrespected. However, a girl can do all these things and it would be understandable, it will be sympathized.

Any attempt a man does to help the situation, fix the relationship, or just to be able to sleep in peace will likely be held against him. He will be judged and chastised as needy, clingy, forceful, a stalker, weak, etc. The only safest card is to walk away with your tail behind your legs, with your entire manhood shitted on for free and that is why men lead in terms of mental health issues. It's not a skewed perception of reality, this is actual reality.

Because we don't get the same support a woman does. Sure, your buddies will comfort you for a bit but there will be a time limit for us because our image of being a man is going to be effected in a negative way, in your eyes and theirs.  As a man, you are supposed to get over it after 3 months and if you don't you are seen as a loser who "can't" get a new girl.  No one would want to hear from your sadness over and over again, because you are a man. You are forced to swallow the pill of no closure and unfinished business, because if you try to even talk to the girl to let it out, anything you'll say will be held against you.

This is why men suffer from depression more because we always lose, we get emotionally abused and antagonized for free and we have a time limit to express our emotions.  Therapy is practically the best option, but the reality is therapy is fucking expensive and most of it is almost useless scam to be honest, you are actually better off just going to a priest and use the confession time just to have the opportunity to spill it with out getting charged over $150 for to talk for an hour. 


 

ah, I should've known this would be the case with her due to recent observations... a certain girl I liked back in college appears to be one of those that is seemingly happy or at least relieved that Kevin Samuels died.  The more and more I've found out about her mindset in recent years, the more I realized I dodged a bullet with that one.  There was a time back then when it looked like she was into me, but I was much more focused on another one at the time (*one who of course was not into me and thus a waste of time)  She is unfortunately one of the countless examples of the hivemind mentality that afflicts my tribe... specifically the women.  Imagine being tied up into a relationship (or worse...a marriage) with someone you realize is the complete opposite of your mindset on a LOT of things.  So... you are doomed to 2 possible outcomes---allow those differences to drive an increasingly wider gap, ultimately destroying the relationship at some point.... or live in a miserable situation where you are just pretending to agree with her so as to not rock the boat so to speak.  There is no happy, peaceful ending to that story scenario.
 
At this point I can already predict what kind of social media commentary she would have for pretty much anything. (*e.g.---like I'm sure she would have a seething bitterness or condescending attitude when seeing any black guy hooked up with a non-black woman)  It's quite disappointing, as I once thought highly of her....and if the timing of some things was a bit different we would indeed have hooked up back then.
 
edit 2--- that hatred of the interracial dating thing... that's one thing that really gets under my skin with them... we all know damn well that typically--- these would be guys they would NOT give the goddamn time of day back in high school and even college years.... in fact, it would be worse than simply ignoring them...nah 99% of these bitches would go out of their way to be as hateful as possible for you having the AUDACITY to even approach them in the first place... but watch what kind of attitude they suddenly get when you show up later with a latina, white, indian or whatever non-black woman as your significant other.  Yeah fuck off.  Fucking trash can go burn in hell forever as far as I'm concerned.  There's a REASON they continue to be at the absolute BOTTOM ranks on everyone's list.
