I forgot to post this yesterday but Daemon x Machina released a 1 year anniversary celebration patch adding new missions, mechs, cosmetics and weapons

I am guessing because they have so much photo evidence of then running around with no masks and they need a scapegoat to show they are serious.

Despite not being a huge fan of sim games I've always had a soft spot for rune factory cause it's aesthetics have always been very cool. I actually really enjoyed the first few. 
 
My favorite Harvest spin off is River King  though. *adjusts glasses*

Edit: I have been looking at the Rune Factory games and considering adding the Switch ones (4 Special and 5 upon release) to the collection. Is there anyone here that plays these games? From what I've read, it's basically Harvest Moon mixed with Agarest War mixed with JRPG elements.

I tried out Hyrule Warriors ... I think I may get it for Christmas with Dragon Quest XI S. It's great for destressing at the end of the day, and much better than playing Tetris 99 to relax.

At some point we have to start calling developers and publishers on the bullshit, fans shouldn't have to eat the price plus a hit to their console storage or data caps just because they don't want to make time to compress their game while getting it in working order.
 
I know adult babies were bitching about Cyberpunk but I rather they fix their shit before putting it in people's hands then roadmap that shit for months after initial release.

Heard about the remakes of 1 and 2 by the folks that did the Panzer Dragoon 1 remake. Haven't heard anything about a Switch game besides that, although publishers especially on the investors meetings name drop Switch games all the time without anything coming of it.

Since my birthday and anniversary are so close, I kinda get a "combo" of outings/gifts. We spent the weekend in Richmond at an AirBnB and did more of a home away from home. We were originally supposed to go to Disney, but I am not taking chance with that one. 
 
We did go out to one restaurant while we were up there. We wend to Bookbinders to celebrate. Had some delicious crab cakes and a Kona crusted filet. That food was great!
 

 

 
That steak was cooked perfectly. It;s one of the few times I ate a meal slow to truly savor the moment.
