What exactly are you doing with your jeans? I have Levi's going back some 20 years.

I used to have that problem when I would squat heavy and really built up my legs and butt (butt is probably more from lunges and good mornings, regardless, it still got too big and hard). The Levi's or whatever Athletic jeans helped a bit. But nothing really fits too well. Except pajamas and workout shorts.

You ever notice how in really old fiction and pictures the men are usually in tights and skirts? I wonder if that's because since historically most men had to labor that was just found to be the most ideal clothing for that. I have a huge bone to pick with Western clothing in general. I've worn clothing of different cultures and they are all so, so, so much more comfortable. Practically everyone else wears robes and loose fitting clothing that you can really move around in, sleep in, do practically everything in.

Women typically have bigger butts and hips so skirts are more practical even now and many athletic women ironically tend to prefer those in regular wear and skimpier stuff for athletic wear.

People generally only like playing the games they're really good in. I know a bunch of people that still play +r and 3s and other older games, but they're always somewhere in the top 10-20 of online players, and usually have a tournament background in said game offline.

For everyone else yeah it's usually a month, maybe three or so months and then they move on.

Fightcade is literally free but people don't want to play on it. It's also had the best rollback implementation online for some time, albeit I do think it slipped a bit earlier this year and don't know if it recovered. Even slipped though it's still better than pretty much any other online. Yet you just won't see people playing anything outside of some people for 3s.

Most people prefer talking about fighting games, especially how they're great at them and others are bad at them, than actually playing.

I don't know if that's a blue state requirement or what, but I've always had to be vaccinated for school. Also military, they vaccinate everyone if you're not already vaccinated early on.

Maybe this anti-vaxx thing is for red states only because really it's practically impossible to grow up without getting vaccinated. And for good reason, those diseases were far more brutal than even COVID is. Smallpox, polio, measles, mumps and the list goes on. Even stuff like chicken pox, they finally made a vaccine for that and saved so much suffering and long term risk that way. If you look at pictures or realistic art from way back, the vast majority of people had scarring all over their faces and bodies from surviving this brutal stuff.

What I always found odd is that a lot of people are aggressive dicks, and when other people are even trying to be diplomatic and diffuse stuff, they pretty much spit in their faces and just up the aggression. Then when people don't like them they surprised pikachu face and legit seem unable to handle that. A lot of times the assholes band together and kind of emotionally support each other, but all that does is isolate them into a small group that most people want nothing to do with. Then they usually of course start attacking each other, while running back to each other for said emotional support because nobody else wants anything to do with them.

It's just such an interesting dynamic I guess. It used to annoy me so damn much growing up, because of course as Schopenhauer says scoundrels are the most sociable. It takes time to see and understand it's not worth engaging and the better social circles are all very exclusionary and hidden. Whatever our mainstream culture is, it's fairly toxic and kind of ropes in what is really a lower, less desirable class of people. What you'd think is normal behavior just keeping up with social media or mainstream media in general, none of it is acceptable in "polite society". But there is this big cognitive dissonance about that, and it feels intentionally done to keep the majority in this type of ignorant and lesser state. Or perhaps it's not even truly intentional, and it's human nature, since Plato's Cave allegory pretty much describes it too.

I don't know how many hours of sleep I got last night, but it's more than the usual 0-5. I feel so much better. If only I could get 8+ hours of sleep a night for a month straight.

Probably today you'd get canceled for your foot fetish, or probably get caught going into Target with a hidden camera to get upskirt pictures/videos. And that's just the stuff I remember from you off the top of my head, I'm sure there was a lot more I forgot and a lot more you never posted about back then...

The snakes look like a hydra when bunched together. That's probably the source of that.

They also are like Boos when following the iguana at the start haha.
