Of course to this day STILL believe it's all bullshit and Juli was german to combo with Juni as a duo, while Noembelu was T.Hawk's girl before them realized animate Noembelu too as her own char would have took time/resources... but if we must accept Capcom's lazy ass decision that Juli was from Thunderfoot too, her returning to dress in the style of the tribe make sense

I just cant with the inconsistency of her design though. Juli (and Juni) look like different characters from every game they appear on

I remember finding that Juli was meant to be Noembelu on the AAC text of Juli (or Hawk, don't remember). I asked my old friend to check on it and she said that it wasn't on the original jpn text. Who knows what else got changed and I dunno if it was there in the first place.

From what I remember, Noembelu was supposed to be T-Hawk's sub-boss, and Aprile was meant to be Rose's sub-boss

She’s a survivalist who spends the majority of the year living in the forest. She fights using silat.¹

That would make sense if "year 1" was until the end of this year, but its a full year until next spring 2024.

I believe its cause in her CA she's attempting a Raging Typhoon which she clearly hasnt mastered yet. Her level 3 has far less spins
